Smirking Kuragari called out, "lose the wings and we'll stop calling you an angel Aqua" Laughing crazily Kuragari ran at Vlad and went to punch him in the face.

vlad grinned darkly. "even if you are part demon and elf, you still have some angel in you."vlad said, watching as she created a magical weapon. "ooh, and magical. your are going to make one tasty meal."vlad said, licking his lips. seeing the vampire throw a punch at him, he grabbed her wrist, spun around and threw her at aqua."it appears you still don't know who your messing with!"vlad shouted.

Hitting the ground next to Aqua Kuragari smirked, "I love it when they fight back." Launching herself at Vlad again Kuragari screamed out, "go Chi."
THe small bat flew at VLad and while making a high pitch scream to confuse Vlad Chi started attacking Vlad with her fangs. "There you go Chi, use the vampire blood I feed you." Trying to use another round house kick Kuragari tried catching Vlad off guard.

Aqua sighed and shook her head. 'bloody hell. this is why i normally keep my wings retracted. if i did that now though, id fall and probably break my neck. then a psycho dragon would eat me. i must say, i didn't know that dragon like to eat angels. or people with angelic blood. ill file that piece of information away for future use, i think...'
she looked at the dragon with more than a hint of disgust, then twirled the sword in her hand, testing the balance of it, and quickly flew in close to the dragon, slashing at a limb and darting back out again, out of his reach.
'i wonder where ember is? probably still in my room. look at me, second night here and im fighting for my life.'
Ember sat on her perch in the room she had with aqua, startled by a crash. flying out of the open window, she saw, on the roof above, a large fight involving her latest feeder/carer and a vampire and her creature, against a large dragon.
she did the equivalent of shrugging, figuring that aqua could hold her own and darted back into the room, settling on the perch and going to sleep...

((Sorry for the late reply--was out with friends all day yesterday.))
Asako could now barely keep track of the fight. No sooner had Kuragari arrived and joined the fray, then another girl (who seemed to be about equal parts angel, demon, and elf--how that worked, Asako had no ideas) appeared as well.
Not to mention that, once again, Akerian had gotten hurt for his friends. This, above else, sent Asako into true fighting mode. While the two other girls pounded Vlad with attack after attack, -missing almost as much as hitting- Asako watch closely as the battle raged, waiting for her chance.
Then, she saw it.
Cloaking herself from sight, she sent out an illusory Asako, who charged at Vlad, senbon ready, crying "I will not be left out of this!" While Vlad's attention went to the fake kitsune, the real Asako quickly threw a senbon at Vlad. While she could not make things invisible that were not in contact with her, the senbon was no more than a slim needle of steel, and Vlad was distracted. The senbon hit him squarely in the left eye.
Uncloaking herself, Asako stood to her full height and said in a clear voice. "And that was for Akerian."
((Stepping in and making an executive decision here: want to finish this soon, and if Vlad keeps beating everyone back almost every time, it's gonna take a while. I hope you don't mind, Keru.))

vlad, who kept slashing at the bat creature, didn't knowtise all of the attacks that came at him at once. staggering back, he pulled the senbon out of his eye and clutched his arm where the blade slashed his arm. "you have done it now.""vlad growled."you've made me very ANGRY!"he said, throwing his head back and letting out an ear piercing roar. he started to grow. he became larger and larger until he resembled a full dragon. "now it's my turn." he growled, smashing the ground with his tail, sending a shock wave at kuragari and aqua.
acarian looked up to see a giant dragon on the other side of the school. his eyes widened. he stood up, sighing deeply and looking at the ground. "i wish it didn't have to come to this."he thought, flying up at top speed and swooping down to grab asako, aqua, and kuragari. he settled down about 50 yards away. pointing at vlad, he said, "that thing is way too strong for any of you. or all 3 of you for that matter. i'm not going to let any of you get hurt by that thing. you all stay here while i deal with it in the only way possible. sacrificing myself." he said, flying at vlad and landing in front of him. "hey vlad, chew on this!" acarian said as his hands started to glow. he pointed them at vlad and shot out a blast of pure light. it pierced vlad through the side and he let out a death scream before falling down. acarian swayed before collapsing. "heh, i can't believe i did it, and without dying."he thought. "now it's time i take a very long nap."he thought, slipping into unconsciousness.

No sooner had Asako, Aqua, and Kuragari struck, -Asako thinking that they could win now- then Vlad reached a new, monstrous size. Asako looked up at the huge dragon, daunted. She felt all her rage and battle-fever fly, and a new dread made her heart quail.
However, she was still not going to just back down and wait to die. She gripped her remaining senbon tightly in her hands, ready to fight. But she was not going to get that chance. Akerian swooped down, grabbing her and the two other girls, setting them far out of reach.
A hot protest grew in Asako, Hey, you can't do that! I'm going to fight!, but before she could speak, Akerian spoke. "That thing is way too strong for any of you. Or all three of you for that matter. I'm not going to let any of you get hurt by that thing. You all stay here while I deal with it in the only way possible. Sacrificing myself."
"No!" Asako cried, reaching out to grab the boy, but it was too late. He had flown back--probably to his doom. "Akerian..." she whispered softly. Then from off in the distance, there was a bright flash of light.
She turned quickly to the other two girls. "You can fly. Take me there--!" she said, voice grim and commanding, tainting with fear for the boy, and the greater fear that Vlad had survived the onslaught. "Now."

Kuragari was shocked when Akerian got them to safety after Vlad grew. 'Why is my heart beating like this.'
When Akerian spoke Kuragari thought she was hearing things. "That thing is way too strong for any of you. Or all three of you for that matter. I'm not going to let any of you get hurt by that thing. You all stay here while I deal with it in the only way possible. Sacrificing myself."
Kuragari couldn't believe that he said that. 'No I'm not letting anyone else I care about die.'
As the light in the distance died out Kuragari took off running as fast as she could. 'No I'm not going to let him get killed. I'll give him my life if I must.' Raching Akerian Kuragari wrapped her arms around him. Checking his heart beat she sighed, "he's alive." Looking into Akerian's eyes Kuragari felt weird again, 'why do I care. I'm a demon I feel nothing. Laura Theresa Feter died so long ago so why do I feel like this.' A single tear slipped out of her eye but she made sure that noone approaching would see it. 'I better bring him back to Asako, after all from what Vlad said and what I saw there together.' Another tear slips out at that thought.

Aquawas about to slash at another limb of the now gigantic dragon, when the boy reached down, grabbed her and the other two girls.
how dare some kid i don't even know swoop out of no-where, deposit me away from the battle, and then say '"That thing is way too strong for any of you. Or all three of you for that matter. I'm not going to let any of you get hurt by that thing. You all stay here while I deal with it in the only way possible. Sacrificing myself." 'im not some damsel in distress that needs to be rescued all the time! come on, i managed to slash his arm, and the other girl threw something in his eye, whilst he hadn't done anything!'
she was shocked by a flash of pure white light from the boys hands, it reminded her of something.. she shook her head and leapt into the air, flying to land beside the boy and kurigari. she was surprised at the way kurigari was holding him, and suddenly struck by how pale and limp he was. "he's not.. dead is he?" she asked.

Kuragari couldn't believe how her body was btraying her, "no his hear still beats strongly, just tired from to much energy use." Afraid to sit there anylonger Kurgari set him down slowly and stood. Looking up she called out, "Chi is the creature dead." A high pitched, "yes mom," followed as Chi landed on her arm with her cloak and gloves in her claws. Kuragari takes them and Chi takes off. "I believe we should take him into the nurse." 'Ok stop thinking like this, I'm soulless, I can't let an Angel even a part one see me lose it.' Turning to Aqua she says as if she dosen't want to say this, "help me pull him onto my back so we don't cause and more harm."

Asako's fury only increased as not one, but both girls took off without her, leaving her standing there alone, terrified for Akerian, in the dark.
How could they just run off like that! she fumed. After I helped fight with them and all! Not even a 'nope, sorry, can't help you'. They just ignore me, after I specifically asked them to help me! She stamped the ground with her foot, furiously. "What the hell is going on!" she shouted to the night sky.
Not one to be left helpless for long, Asako started to run in the direction the other two had taken off in. She ran for what seemed like ages, in the dark, worried for Akerian and raging at the two girls.

Looking up Kuragari saw the inraged Asako coming closer, "umm we may want to get out of the line of fire, I believe we may have pissed off the girlfriend or atleast the potental girlfriend." Even though she tried hard to keep her voice under control it stated gettting filled with a bit of hatred as she said gilrfriend. Turning away Kuragari pulls her hands in front of her and is trying to calm herself down without Aqua noticing. 'I am soulless....I feel nothing.....I am soulless......love is an illusion....there is no love for a demon.....I only have my loyalties.' Kuragari hands have a light red glow to them but it's barely there. 'I am soulless...I feel nothing.....I am dead.....I am a demon...I am a monster....no love for a demon.....I am the night....I am everyone's greatest fear....I am death itself.' Finnally calm her arms drop as if there dead to her sides and she slowly croushes down infront of Akerian to pull him onto her back.

Asako marched up to the two girls, face set with anger, a stiffness to her shoulders. The fur on her bushy tail was bristling, echoing the anger she felt at being left behind--at feeling useless and scared.
"I can understand being worried about a friend." she began. "I can understand the instinctive desire to make sure he's okay. I can even understand thinking of yourself before some girl you've never met before today." Her voice was calm, but edged with a steel that promised that there was deep anger boiling just below the surface.
"But what I cannot understand was ignoring someone who cares about said friend as much as you do; who fought beside you just moments ago in a life-or-death battle. Especially when that person specifically turns to you and asks for your help!" she paused, breathing uneven with anger, but also with a touch of something else.
"If you were scared for your friend, then don't you think I was just as scared?! If you thought only of making sure he was okay, then wouldn't it be safe to assume I thought the same?! I was scared out of wits--a friend I had only just made, and not knowing if he was going to be taken away from me before I was able to learn anything about him besides his pain?!"
Asako felt tears begin to dribble down her cheeks. "Akerian, you idiot! How could you selfishly try and leave your friends behind?!" she reached out a hand towards the boy. "Idiot..." she added, softly.
