Some guy posted a piece of art in my contest, it's file name is elfwood, and it's not one of my characters. :'D That's not reportable, is it?

No, you can report it. The trick is tracking down the original artist.

Well, I can take care of it. I tracked the image to a Germany webpage, connected to Elfwood. But it was originally posted back in 2004, so I very much doubt its his.
