Nekojiri It's going to be cold, but you have to bear through it. All that chakra is going to do is keep you from dying. Now come to me. She looked at him still a bit scared but went over to him. She tried to ignore it but it wasn't working well. She looked up at him nervously waiting for what they were going to do.

She deftly managed to create 5 ice needles, and practiced throwing them at the trees, one at a time, the way Neko had said to earlier.
She was unable to make any of them stick, so she made a few more and tried again.

Nekojiri -=Neko turned around, and kept walking into the water, until it was up to his chest, and would be around Ally's neck. He turned to look back at Ally, not shaking a bit=-
Now come to me. Take your time. She watched him going in very slowly trying to pay attention to something else. She continued to walk towards him until finally it did reach her neck and she was shaking a bit paying attention to the chakra and ending up shaking a little more. She looked at him nervously not liking the cold.

Reeve lashes out with his other leg at Tutsumi's elbow, kicking hard at it, in order to crush it from the outside and bend his arm the absolute wrong way- not a far cry from what Tut is trying to do to his knee.

Okay. That same chakra you're drawing on now, you will need to focus on more. I know you have a great amount of chakra, and you will need it for this.
-=Neko keeps walking until he is no longer touching the ground. He swims downwards, about five feet under the water. It's apparent that the water runs from this pond, to somewhere else. There is a seemingly endless pit below Neko as he looks up at Ally=-
~Now, that same source of chakra that's keeping you alive is going to start running out when you come under the water. You shouldn't need to breathe as long as you have a certain amount of concentration on that energy. Come to me, and take your time~

She just wanted to get it over with so forgot about taking her time and took a breathe to keep herself calm if that was possible right now for her. She made sure the chakra was flowing everwhere twice and dove down into the water shaking thinking of the chakra more than anything. She didn't want to think of what was really happening to her body right now.

Moving to the outer part of the leg, Tutsumi then bent the leg to the outside and then gripped onto Reeve's thigh and with one quick movement he pushed his entire body against the side of Reeve's knee while pulling on both sides of the leg that it would seem like a blur to the average person. It would be quite the strain for Reeve to kick him with the other leg, not to mention Reeve would have to have gotten faster, and it would be even harder for him to use his arms unless he had a weapon. -This has been a Tutsumi moment

-=Neko looked at Ally as she swimmed by, the first few feet of water they used to walk here freezing over. He swam to her, and put a hand on her back, using it to check her chakra, and make sure that her concentration didn't drop too low with out him noticing=-
~Okay, now open your eyes and try to relax, while keeping that focus. We're going to be down here for a while~

Reeve groans in frustration, then stops to focus on the metal within the structure of the building. He's not faster...technically. But by using electricity to magnetically attract himself to these different points, he can move himself a lot faster. With a sudden burst of speed, he tries to complete the kick.

She was scared being doown here like this. She opened her eyes slowly trying to keep her chakra going. She was having a hard time relaxing because she feared dying down here... Her body was numb to her by now and she didnt feel his hand there, but she had a feeling of what he was doing.

After quite a few unsuccessful attempts, she had grown tired of practicing, and headed back inside, and plopped down on one of the couches in the common room.

~You can try to meditate, you can swim around, you can do whatever, but just make sure you don't lose that focus, okay?~ ~oh sure don't panic, i'm in water that is freezing with ice above my head, my body is freezing just great~ She almost lost her concentration on the chakra and felt the cold and closed her eyes bringing it back, she didn't move much, she was afraid to. She looked at Neko as he floated next to her but didn't say anything.
