*He shook his head and set Trilla in the crib* Sleep first, Trilla. Then we can go to the top. *He chuckled* right now it is time for you and your brothers to sleep.

*Mastema grinned a little, patting Trilla while pulling the blanket over her* Good night, Trilla. *He turned back to the bed and walked over to his side, sitting down before finding his way to being beside Nana*

*Mastema blinked at the kiss, not expecting it, but quickly puts that aside and quickly returns it. Both of his arms hug aroung Nana, holding her snugly against Mastema. His cheek rested light at the top of her forehead. Mastema would spend the night contemplating Zio's failure and Kai's "convenient" departure during the chaos*

*Than sighed. Kaiori had slipped off to sleep while sitting on the small beds side. Since then, Than had carefully slid her onto the bed completely and pulled the blankets over her. He didn't go unresisted, a few times the relic stung him. Than just stared at her sleeping face for a moment* ... *He knew how to get Kai out of the citadel, but he didn't know if she would be well enough in time. Than placed his hand over the center of her chest, a slowly fed his energy to her. Than's aura had a very neutral aspect, not partial to any element unless directed, so Kai's body would find it very easy to integrate it with Kai's own. Once more, the relic was lightly burning Than's hand, but he didn't care. If Kai could take all the torture she'd obviosly endured, what right did Than have to complain about a singe on his hand?*

*Over the next few minutes, Nana would slowly drift to sleep in Mastema's arms, as usual. The children would probably take a little longer*

*Of course now that they could walk, the children wanted to explore. Micha had been defiant of Mastema's orders to go to bed, and had stayed up all night, looking at the teddybear. He'd probably take it with him again today as usual. The only real difference was that now the children had their robes, they'd get used to them in time. They were made from a light cotton so they were generally comfortable and soft. Trilla was the first to wake up, between herself and Eecheb. They'd both managed to get out of their cribs, no worse for wear and started wandering about the room. There was alot for the children to take in when they were actually paying attention and looking. For now, both Eecheb and Trilla had made a little truce, and set forth to explore everything together. They look about the room, at anything and everything, testing things and learning about them as they go. Nana had woken up hearing them skittering about, but shown no signs of it externally, and just listened incase the children started fighting or got into a situation they needed help with. She was still happily curled up with Mastema, with a smile*

Eecheb: <.< ??

*The room was a little bright now, since it was day. Than wasn't in the cozy little room, but there were foot steps coming from above Kai. Over by where the small ladder was, there was a trap door open above it now, where apparently the next floor of where ever Than had taken Kai now was. At least it felt safe, and at least this time Kai woke up in something that was comfortable and not intended to disable her in anyway. Better yet, no poison*

Proto: *a small sack is dropped by KB. Inside was an assortment of snacks like candy, chocolate, nuts, chips, and other things. Proto wasn't sure what KB liked so he'd just gotten him two of everything*
