Because the film companies love seeing us get all upset because we wanna watch one film, but we also want to watch another.. I also think its a conspiracy by the recordable video industry. :/.

Well Rikku, the thing about it is that there are alot of stupid people. I'll admit, I have a personality that starts fights at times and I'm truly sorry about that. But the thing is that you are the leader and the leader has duties. Honestly, I don't want to be an a** about it but when you take on a leadership role you take on responsibility and the job of dealing with those people. If people don't read the rules and obey them, kick them out. If you did post as I commented before, it would help prevent future arguements on the same because if someone disagrees, they are pointed right to the FAQ thread and that is that. Like D&D, the DM is the ultimate source, what she says goes end of discussion. Sometimes people won't like what you say, but you are the DM (or in this case the Admin) and that is your right a privelage. If they don't like it, they can leave. If they don't listen, you kick them out. I'm sorry if I seem to be preaching. Honestly I'm just trying to give constructive criticism so that DNY doesn't collapse in on itself.

-Fights urge to delete that post-
You know if she reads that you're going to put her in another bad mood and she'll take it out on Xan and I.

"I mave the sword around to see if it's magical!" "You... you can't know if a sword's magical just by waving it around!" "But I.... but I was sent to see if the sword was magical!" "Well then cast Detect Magic!" "But I was saving that!" "Well we'll just say you slept for 8 hours afterwards." "Well okay. Detect Magic." "....It's not magical." "Darn it! But he said it was magical!" "He was lying." "But he said he never lied!" "He was lying then too."

*Shrugs.* I'm only being honest and trying to help. If Rikku gets mad at that, then that's up to her. Sorry. I just have some ideas about what being a leader means.

Gaijin, you have no right to tell her how to run her guild. So just stop digging yourself a hole, and shut up.

I'm not telling Rikku how to run her Guild, I'm just giving some good, blanket advice about leadership. I SUPPORT Rikku, I don't try and shoot her down or tell her she's not doing it right. I'm simply giving advice to try and help her to deal with these things, since you as Mods don't seem to be doing much. Honestly, the best I've heard you do is tell people to shut up about their disagreements. That doesn't help a thing.
