Amber's Lawyer: Technically, my client was not a member of the Shibusen school at the time of the incident, she was in the process of finding a party to recognize her admission to said school. Therefore, my client cannot be governed by the school's rules. Furthermore, as my client has signed no waiver in regards to sustained personal injury, even under Shibusen's rules, she is still liable to file suit against any individual persons that commit assault or battery against her, despite their connection to said school.

She told her two times to stay put. Otherwise, Will would bleed to death from her head injury.
Would she rather have her spend two hours looking for a weapon that's probably not even available and have Will die on that hospital bed? Or set her a** straight with a bit of morphine?

Well I wrote that before I saw your post, so it was more directed towards Will, who was about to beat Amber senseless.
Toppan can always make it so Amber doesn't have the chance to call her lawyer... twisted

She's hurt now. So, technically, NOW she has every right to be there. Toppan'll fix her up real good just as soon as she's done with Will...
And now I want Will's brother to meet with Toppan; they're both Irish (Toppan ancestry roots ARE irish, as a matter of fact...)
