Nekojiri Try moving that ball around.
-=Neko watched with a chuckle as Oni dove into the water. He stood up and walked close to the edge, greeting her=-
Welcome, and thanks for getting that door. How far along have you gotten in your training at the village? She looked at him and nodded as he said that.... She moved it a little to the side concentrating and watched it move away from her hand then fall apart getting neko wet and she scratched her head her face going pink. "sorry sensei." She said sighing... She collected the water again and spun it on her finger giggling watching it like she watched kids play basketball at home. She pushed it up letting it go in the air and it returned to her hand.... She knew how to jugle balls and decided to try something else..... she wasn't bored, she just needed to be doing something most of the time. She made another ball in her other hand and then split them both making a third trying to keep itin the middle of the other two out of her hand and threw one up , then the other, as one came down threw up the third and started jugling sitting down keeping herself busy till they got further instructions.

She dropped her head a bit at this question, but then attempted to disguise this as wringing her hair out. She lifted her head a moment later, repositioning her forhead protector.
"I am genin," she replied, not mentioning that she had just recently managed to graduate to the genin level and had not progressed much further than that. She had only been out on a handful C-rank missions before the war broke out, at which point she wasn't even allowed out of the village on C-rank missions.

Reeve gives a shrug, and, humming a few bars of Say It Ain't So, heads
over to the armory. Here, he takes to the forge, beating the savage hell out of poor, defenseless peices of metal.

She bought it back into a rope-like strand and sent it around like a snake waiting. She saw the water falling and bought her hand back and it moved back to where it had been......
"oppsie." she said to herself.

"I have," she replied, hoping that if he asked her to do it, she'd be able to. Water was her element after all, and she had been able to perform this task in the past. It had been awhile, however, since she'd last tried.

Reeve frowns. Despite his best effort, all he can seem to make are rings. And it drives him up the wall, not the fact that he sucks at blacksmithing, but that he can't get it off his mind. Disgusted, he heads into the Academy, knocking on Neko's door.

She tried to make a small fish but it seemed like a blob of water. She sighed letting the water fall back into the pond. She was getting a bit frustrated now trying to make one.

She watched Ally for a moment, before attempting to do it herself.
She kneeled down by the lake, and stuck her hand into it. Focusing her chakra into her hand, she pulled water towards her hand, and tried to form it into a ball. She turned her hand so that the palm was up, and pulled her hand out of the water.
However, when her hand made it out of the water, all the water dripped away from her hand.
She looked over at Ally, and then to Neko, to see if either had seen, before quickly setting at it again.
This time when she pulled her hand out of the water, she had a small oddly shaped sphere of water floating above it. She spun it around slowly, and looked towards Neko again.

Good. Now Ally, practice your freezing.
Oni, pull the water farther into that bit of chakra you have in that ball. Try to condense it as much as you can. It should freeze after a moment, if you're doing it right.
