Maddy walked slowly out of her room. She seemed a bit stiff as she made her way over to the wall, sat down, and rest against it. "..." She seemed to have something on her mind.

"You and Ginji have fun last night?" Sammy questioned, holding a book in one arm while sipping a cup of some sort of energy drink in the other. Her eye brow rose as she shifted her gaze over to Maddy. While she wasn't smiling, an obvious joking tone was in her voice.

Maddy looked away, blushing slightly. "Of course not! We have no time for fun right now." She turned her attention towards her nails, pretending to try and scratch off dirt or something.

Sammy nodded. "That is the best conclusion. It seems that we need to focus our attentions on figuring out Theresa's rather odd prophecy... Although I could care less, honestly. It seems that the prophecies always seem to find us out in the end," she stated blandly, putting down her book and rolling her eyes.

"The... prophecy..." Maddy muttered the words to herself. Images of her dreams flashed through her mind. Nightmares that she could not escape. "Yeah... I wonder what it means..."

Sammy shrugged a bit. "Don't fret about it. Worrying will not assist anyone. We are a strong team, and it is not often that anyone dies, correct? I'd say that the odds are in our favor, so to speak," she stated in monotone. Her tail flicked a bit from side to side, and the blue ball on the end of it sparked a bit energetically.

"Well, it'll be tough, not knowing what we're up against. It means we could be easily caught off guard." Maddy sighed. "And that would not have good consequences..." She tried to stand up, but was just too stiff to really be able to move at the moment.

Sammy nodded a bit. "I suppose you have a valid reason for concern," she stated in her now normal computer-like voice. It seemed that she had attempted to shut out emotion after her hybridization, finding that it helped her cope with the odd instincts she now held as a half Flaffy. Although it did make her incredibly lonely, because she could never express friendliness. "The most appropriate course of action at the present time, it would seem, would be to keep alert for any strange occurences," she suggested, taking another swig of her energy drink.

Adam walked into the main room, vaulting over the back of the couch, sitting next to Sammy. "Hey Samsy, Maddy, How goes it?"

"Definitely." Maddy conjured up a black fireball and played around with it. She sort of zoned out again. "..."

Sammy raised an eye brow over at Maddy. She seemed to go off into her own world a lot. She then looked over at Adam. "Hello, Adam. I trust you've been well?" she questioned without looking at him. Adam had a bad tendency to evoke emotional responses from her, so she was trying her best to simply avoid all possible contact.

"Ah, right. Robo-Sammy." Adam crossed a leg, wrapping an arm around the back of the couch as he talked. "And yes, I have been well. Though I keep having these scrubs-esque daydreams with you as Arnold Swartza-whatever and trying to terminate Ginji, who was pregnant with the future leader of the resistance."

Sammy had to suppress a chuckle as he said this. Luckily, she managed to hold it in. "I can assure you that this will not happen. Killing Ginji would only result in my banishment from Aqua, which would not be helpful to my plans for the future," she stated, her ear twitching slightly in its hybridized fashion. "The fact that you are daydreaming about me at all, though, has me slightly concerned for your well-being. Perhaps it would be wise of you to take a trip down to sickbay some time and have a physical."

Adam raised his eyebrows, "Well, it's totally natural." He then went into a horrid Sammy Impression, "Oh Adam, your visions of the future are true..." It faintly sounded like a like an 8th grade Sammy on helium.

Sammy scowled. "Your attempts at impersonating me are not appreciated," she pointed out, standing up to try and avoid slapping him or having some other overly emotional response.
