Darryl. I'm kinda an OG. I been around from... oh man... 2004? 2003ish? I come and go, yanno, as Logan is want to do. I'm in the Army, so I kinda have times where I can't be around as much as I used to when I was in college.

Unfortunately no. I was pretty on top of my comics before deployment. Then I went to Afghanistan and was barely able to keep up with my Star Wars. Since being home the past few months, I just haven't had comics high enough up on priority to be able to pick up anything and I wouldn't know what to get into, so much has changed and happened I'm behind on.

I'm a Marvel and Star Wars only kinda guy. Not a fan of DC or much anything else. Star Wars: Legacy ended sad and Dark Times just wrapped up its latest arc, so who knows when it'll pick back up.

I was into the Ultimates, and was just getting into the reboot/clean slate when I went over seas. I dunno where it's all gone, now. I got to finish up Dark Avengers, but then it went into the war against Asgard and I missed out on it's conclusion.

I mostly stuck with the Wolverine comics, and was enjoying his relationship with the news reporter. But dunno what happened with her since then.

Let me weave you a tale... a tale of .. well.. a tell of weirdness. That's honestly the best way I can describe what took place here tonight. Brian was avoiding being productive by playing Diablo 3 when he suddenly made a yelping noise. When I turned to look, I saw the most adorable frightening site! I ran to grab my camera, knowing that if I did not, not a single person would believe me!



Neither of us knew what to do. We just sat, stunned as this.. THING hopped over to stand in front of Brian's computer. I swear the damn thing SMILED the entire time, as if it took pleasure in freaking us right the hell out!



It then proceeded to hop down onto the floor and happily make it's way to the door. Before it ducked outside and into the night, it turned and.. WAVED? WTF??



That, my friends, is the story of what happened, documented in photos. I would not have believed it myself if I had not seen it with my own eyes!
