Kirin sighed. "Please, we mean no harm to any of you." He glanced at Amana, still unonscious. "Well, well... He's almost broken the illusion. He must not want to hurt us." He looked back at Kaderot. "I am Kirin. These are Nia and Ami. That is Hinako."
Hinako bit her lip, kneeling down by Amana. "Awaken, Amana-kun."

Kirin shook his head. "Nomads. We're actually sort of fugitives. We escaped from a realm made entirely of shadows and death. Not pretty."
Hinako kissed Amana's lips gently. "Awaken..." The spell had passed between them in that single moment of contact.
Amana's eyes opened slowly. He muttered, "Hate illusions..."

kat watched hinako and amana in wonder then she looked at kade "whats a hate illusion? does it hurt?"

Hinako hugged the boy.
Amana blushed and pushed her away. "What was that for?"
"The dispelling magic only works if you pass the test." She was blushing, too, looking down.

"i think she meant i hate illusions, but im not sure" he said shrugging and his armor melted into pure water. The water returned and kaderot yawned. "do you guys have a place to stay?"

Ami nodded. "The stars are always pretty here. Back in home, you couldn't ever see the stars. They were purple, anyways. Not a pretty white like here."

Kirin pursed his lips. "I heard that. And you can trust us..." Wings unfurled from his back, a brilliant white and stretching to the sides of the clearing. "I am actually a Seruvim. Killed by mortal hands and reformed by His glory."

Kirin smiled. His wings shortened, coming down to about six feet. "Whipping them out like that has only one good effect. It can hit something or someone impossibly hard. But after that, they're only useful for flying or gliding."
