lol You can train anywhere. XD While your students are doing an excersize of theirs you can do one of your own, be it punching something close by to up your strength, or meditating. You can train anywhre. and yeah...no being at two places at once. Big no no -.-

Many of the rewards have no purpose. A couple do though. Like the Ninja dancing uniform lets you complete the second mission more easily. The item got from the second Snowmane quest has a really awesome purpose. The weapons are just weapons.
