Memo sat down on the sand watching the battle squirming with happiness and excitement.
"Gah I wanna battle hehe...go both of you!!"
EDIT:
As Memo cheered he noticed Tommy leave and heard Arreku speak.
"Hehe yea sure."
Memo threw Skitty's pokeball with a white confetti seal on it.
"Hehe let's go Peep!"

Dessma growled deeply with a hatred for the color pink, "Uh-oh... I guess I'll have to be careful with the attacks I order." Arekku muttered to himself, "Dess! Beat Up!" Transparent pokemon appear beside Dessma and fling themselves at the little Skitty. Tanz, Torque, Ven, Dona, and Kenter seem to tackle the little foe then Dessma finished with a tackle like attack for his Beat Up turn.

Memo watched as the little cat was pummeled by Arreku's pokemon.
"Peep! Counter with Sing!"
The Skitty regained it's balance and sang a sweet lullaby.
"Hehe try this!"

Dess was caught up in the entrancing lullaby of the small kitten-like pokemon, "Crap... now he's defenseless... But I can't switch him out..." And what if that Skitty has Wake Up Slap?, Arekku thought in horror.

Memo said happily as his kitten's tail glowed with a bright pink aura and it charged towards the sleeping Houndoom.

Arekku sighed as the attack was called, not only was it Dessma's weakness in Type, but it was doubled in attack, there was no way Dessma would survive. The attack struck and Z's were replaced with Swirls over the eyes. Arekku sighed and returned his pokemon, "Alright, let's play hardball!" He tossed his pokeball. Tanz stood where the light once was, "Tanz! Superpower!" His Nidoqueen began glowing and ran as fast as it could at the Small pokemon, the Fighting attack would be super effective if it hit.

"Ow, ow, ow..." Kail rubbed his hand in pain, winching slightly. He and Haru were getting along a bit better, but the Torchic was still violently stubborn. Next to him hopped Murai, who seemed rather cheerful for a fish out of water. He wasn't exactly paying attention to the people around him, which explained how he missed the battle brawling. He collapsed on the sofa, leaning back and shutting his eyes.

Memo's eyes grew huge as the Nidoqueen charged towards his Skitty. The hit landed cleanly taking out Peep.
"Aww, you did great hehe. OK! Showtime, Etina!"
The Kirlia danced out of her ball.
"Psychic!"

Arekku's Nidoqueen, being very weak against Psychic types, corssed her arms in a defensive pose, but her weakened state caused her to take the full brunt of the attack, she instantly fainted. "Well this sucks..." He returned his pokemon, "That was a good way to go.... Thank you." He tossed yet another pokeball, revealing his Sharpedo, Torque. "Torque! Night Slash!"

The young girl walked out of her room. A Growlithe flanked her left side, while Kage was at her right. Kai the Pachirisu was currently on her left shoulder, while the girl held in her hand a sketch pad. About to settle on the couch and draw some of the adventures they had been through, when the girl's brown gaze flickered to the couch. A familar figure was sprawled comfortably on it, and she also spotted his beginner Murai. It was him! The girl let out a girlish squeal, before racing towards him and half pouncing, half tackling, and then hugging him tightly. "Kail!" she said happily.

Kail was pulled out of his daydreaming about what it would have been like to not have a bleeding hand by a crazy girl randomly glomping him. He was about to call foul play when he heard her say his name. "Kisumi?" he asked, returning the hug, and grinning. He pulled back to get a better look at her. "What are you doing here?" It was a bit of a shock, seeing an old childhood friend you'd never thought you'd see again suddenly hug-assaulting you.

Arreku's Sharpedo slashed Etina with a dark aura, but it wasn't enough to take her out.
"Hehe yes, Magical Leaf!"
Etina danced gracefully unleashing a shower of rainbow- colored pulsing leaves on Torque.
EDIT:
"Ehhh...what?"
Arreku was gone.
"Ahh ok."
Memo returned his Pokemon and now walked back into the HQ. He saw Kisumi and Kail.
"Ahehe hello guys."

Kisumi sat up, smiling happily. "I've been with Team Aqua for quite a while now. I never thought I'd see you again though. I've added to my team, actually." The girl motioned to the male Growlithe, Pachirisu, and of course Kage, her Poochyena and starter pokemon. "Kasai, Kai, and Kage which you know already. I have a Hoothoot named Akito, and a Buizel named Kei. What have you been up to since I last saw you? How's Cerulean City?"

Kail scooted over to make room for Kisumi, leaning forward to scratch Kage's ears. "Well, you know Murai. I've now got a Sandshrew named Karin, and a completely insane Torchic named Haru who likes chewing on my fingers. But that's all good." He grinned again. "I've been having a pretty boring life until I joined up with Aqua recently. Cerulean's okay; still large and watery." He paused, watching her carefully. "This is kind of surreal... us meeting up again." Being two of the only "unusual" kids in Cerulean had resulted in the pair becoming friends- he'd always wondered where she'd disappeared to.
