"Well, what do you wanna do?" Arekku asked after uncurling from his position in his chair and stretching as well. Mandy was running around glad to be evolved, "We could have a mock battle out on the beach, if you'd like. It doesn't require a ref but we don't get any evo points for the pokemon we use."

"It's not like I wouldn't use my unevolved and unfairly untrained pokemon." He gave a smile in hopes of a battle.

Arekku ran to his room and swapped out all but Mandy, she could stay on the side and watch the battle. After a few seconds of thought, he checked Max's profile with his TADS to see how many pokemon Max had. "Five eh...? Works for me." He swapped out a few. After he finished he headed up through the teleporter and onto the beach to find Max waiting like he said he'd be. "Well, are we ready? Since I'm a higher rank I'll send out my pokemon first for you to choose what you wanna use against it." He pulled out a pokeball and tossed it, revealing his Nidoran male, Marqui.

Mandy stood to the side of Arekku watching the battle commence.

Arekku smiled, "I guess we should start? Your Riolu should be the faster of the two. But if you're not gonna move Let's go Marqui! Confusion!" Arekku smirked remembering the attack in any Nidoran's move pool. (Edit) He watches the boy disappear along with his Riolu, "Or not..." He returns Marqui and walks into HQ, Mandy following him. He sat down on the couch and began to watch PBN.

Max went back to Aqua HQ and saw Tommy. "Hi Tommy." he said and sat down and watched PBN.

Arekku sat up from his light nap, "Eh? Oh, Hey Tommy." He said after looking around to see who all was in the room. "I wonder where everyone is..." He said to himself then looked at the screen, the Charmeleon had fainted due to a massive Surf attack. The trainer held up his last pokeball, revealing a Tropius, ".. Didn't see that one coming" He muttered to himself, "I know the outcome of that match up..." The walked into the kitchen to grab a bottle of sweet tea, then came back.

After taking an Ice Fang attack, the Tropius began to charge for another Solarbeam, but the Gyrados was too fast. The next Ice Fang attack was a Critical hit. "That was a short lived battle... And I knew the outcome because the guy who just lost is one of my friends from back home... He's not exactly that strategic." Arekku chuckled and took a drink of his tea.
