because He is a missin-nin now since he left kirigakure as a genin and stole the kage scrolls until they find out then go looking for Amatsu and might kill him I want to make new other rpc and join the Cloud.

dude... even if Amatsu's such a flirt, I rather you keep him. Let him defect to Cloud or something since he's still pretty useful.

I wish that Trapper is a sub class instead of a full class though... I really love the stuff Ninjutsu class gives but I want my traps to be hidden and then used as a surprise (and most of my real good traps are based off of ninjutsu too... crying )

Genin can not learn Chunnin and higher jutsu by themselves. unless they have a bloodline and it's their custom, right? No, rule still applies ((we let everyone in that chunnin exams get away with it, but it will not be happening in the next one)). ((For customs, typically one just will get a Kage Scroll.

Azn Shadow Specz I finished a trapper class. Go read about it. took me 20 minutes. wow... that's good but only three traps? 0_0 Also, does that mean that I have to be Jonin to have my second element and do I still get that 130% that ninjutsu genins have?

No you don't get the 30% boost. The jounin means that you can only train up to jounin level. You can not go to kage level with it.
