*Mercy's lips smiled still pressed against his neck then moved back and smirked, she flicked her arm out of his hand then stepped back a strand of hair falling into her face.* "Ya know Abel..... I like you better like this then your aloof self." *She looked up and smiled again ignoring the hair still then, then cupped her hands in front of her.* "There had to be another rason why you quit hunting..... what was it?" *Her question came out blunt and sounded almost mean but it was directed that way considering her eyes werew soft.*"I used to hunt too ya know....... though I didn't do it out of vengence mere exciment drove me." *She was lieing about that part though considering she even felt her demeanor flare a bit , there were some vampires she had deemed as useless and had no problem killing anyone be it human or vampire who got on her bad side.*

Abel chuckled darkly. "I... Well I honestly quit hunting because I ended up slaying a young girl that looked like my sister, only a 'Vampiress'." He sighed, hating to think of the memory. He still stood relaxed, appearing a few inches shorter still. He felt a little more relaxed.

*Mercy's hands clenched tight drawing blood droplets that ran down her arms but hr face didn't even flinch and her smile stayed plastered on her mouth* "So.... basically because you are weak then?" *She laughed menacingly.*

Abel stood up straight, glaring. "Weak? Hardly. Unlike you vampire scum I don't enjoy killing my family!" His tone was icy and harsh once more.

*Mercy giggled and pulled the collar of his shirt so they were eye level.* "Watch what you say in a room full of vampire "scum"...." *Locking eyes she glared.* "And you preach yet do you not understand...... every vampire was once human, even thoughs born as a vampire were. We have souls~" *She held out her hand.* "We bleed as a normal human would........ considering you profession I think you have no right to speak of joy from killing considering you have taken countless souls and are just as much a muderer as I am when I kill for food... humans... or my brethrin." *Her eyes were cold but a small smile was on her lips, a dangerous one, one that her close clan mates knew that there was going to be trouble.* "So you stupid boy...." *She licked her fangs but continued to grip his shirt finally knocking his knees lgihtly until her fell to them , her only being a fraction of an ince taller even when he was down.* "Why don't you try to call me "scum" again........... weakling DOLT!" *She loved to tease and taunt people, she knew Ldy Death would scold her later but she enjoyed people to get so angry and frustrated that they dropped their gaurds so she could see the real them. Her eyes were still hard and her mouth fluex in a soft smile her fangs barrying only slightly.*

BerserkGrimmJow Abel stood up straight, glaring. "Weak? Hardly. Unlike you vampire scum I don't enjoy killing my family!" His tone was icy and harsh once more. Wolf WAS relaxed until he heard this. He jumped up out of his chair, nocking the glass off of the table. automatically he transformed back into a wolf and snarled, his silver eyes now flashing. his fur stood up on his neck as he stalked twords him. being as furious as he was his voice quivered as he spoke how dare you say family and killing, in the same damn sentence?! looking up at mercy he knew he had seen that look before. looking back at the other he snarled and tensed, he was still hurting from his familys death....and he still blamed it on himself....pushing those thoughts from his concious mind for the time being, Wolf unfolded his cramping wings (if they're folded too long, they tend to cramp...) shook them out and folded them again. He barred his teeth dont even consider saying or even thinking something like that in my presence again....... Wolf bared his teeth showing all of his fangs and snarled......he didnt even want to be a vamp in the first place (hes fine about it now) and now this punk comes and says that......

*Mercy tensed as she heard Wolf speak. She glared at the boy in her hands one last time then gripped his shirt and threw him on the ground. In a flash she was beside Wolf and hugging his mane hard, almost squeezing the life out of him.* "Don't think about sad things Wolf...." *Her voices was kind and oft as she spoke to him and refused to let go until she felt he calmed down. She glanced over at the man, her eyes still hard but now a flicker of concern and kindness filled them.* "And I told you you should watch what you say......... now you've not only insulted me but hurt one of my very good friends......" *She glanced over at Lady Death and snarled looking back at him, why in the world would she allow a man who still held a vengeance inot the clan so easily.* "If I was not loyal you would be dead by now.... remember that!" *Se turned her attnetion back to hugging Wolf tightly and grasping onto him as a child would a blanket.*

She listened to ever word exchanged between Abel and Mercy, she never made a move untill Abel had said that vampires enjoyed killing their family but she only flinched like someone actually hit her. She finally started talking again "I do not know what vampires you have been around Abel but I do not know any vampire that would enjoy killing their family." She looked at him her eyes showed a pain that was thousands of years old an anger that would never stop and behind it all a hate of human that was so old she didn't hold it against the humans of today only their ancestors "Humans kill our familys not us." Her voice was as cold as his was.She turned to Mercy "Play nice dear, and you of all people here dear Mercy should know I was never truely human, I have not a drop of human blood in me.People like him are the problem, hunters and ignorate humans who think we are nothing but monsters who kill without thinking who murder for no reason.I have never killed out of reason,ever life I have taken had a reason for why their blood was to be split, even the vampires that I have killed. If we do not treat the problem then it will continue and only get worse not better." She sighed "Not all of us had a choice to enter this life remember that Abel someone of us were forced by being bitten by a vampire who wanted a compainion or just for food. But others were born into this and had no choice on ever being human to begin with just like my son right now will not."

Wolf bacically collapsed in Mercys arms, shivering........he was glad to have someone to count on....he whined faintly and the shivering slowed.....he had always blocked his emotions from showing.....apparently that wasnt the right thing to do

*Mercy grasped him tighter then smiled at Lady Death glad she understood. Then turned to look at Abel.* "You............" *She sighed heavily closed her eyes for a second then re opened them.* "Well... your lucky I never leave a friend right now Abel or this would be the perfect time for that swords match." *Her voice came out in a growl and she smiled once more at Lady Death then went back to comforting Wolf, whispering softly in his ear and scratching his fur. She thought about applying a pressure point to calm him then decided that it would be much better for him to work it out mentally so merely kissed his ear very lightly.*

"No you would not Mercy." She turned and leaned against the wall by the window "I do not care if he is human and even if he were the most ignorate one of them all I would not let you hurt him,this is a haven for anyone who needs it I pride myself on keeping it that way." She crossed her arms under her chest her right arm still having problems in its bandaged state"I do not care if he insults all of us, I will not let anymore blood be spilt here."

*Mercy growled lowly at Lady Death then smiled sweetly and innocently. She glanced at Abel her expression still reading the same.* "Fine..." *Her voice was hard.* "I would carry him out by his hair kicking and screaming." *She shivered from a moment of excitment then glanced back down at Wolf and continued hugging him hard, even being as he was such larger then her small child body, even in dog form.*

She shook her head at Mercy her hair falling into her face alittle"No you would not, I would deal with it. I care about your hurt feelings Mercy but physically hurting Abel would not make it feel any better. It sounds good but it will not help, it never does." She spoke as if she went through the same thing. "I spent years killing off people like him because of what they did to my family, it was out of revenge and stupidity, it never brought them back,it never made the pain I went through any better, it only scard my soul more,and left me with more blood on my hands that can never been fixed. Your still young do not screw up your life as I did mine." She sighed and when she was talking about blood on her hands she unconciously looked at her left hand and flexed her fingers for some reason.

Then sighing she looked down then back up to her.* "Lavender....." *She sighed again but didn't move from Wolf considering she wasn't sure if her was ok yet.* "I'm not so young...... or innocent." *She sent her a smile that was half mock and half seductive then giggled cutely petting Wolfs ear.*

Then sighing she looked down then back up to her.* "Lavender....." *She sighed again but didn't move from Wolf considering she wasn't sure if her was ok yet.* "I'm not so young...... or innocent." *She sent her a smile that was half mock and half seductive then giggled cutely petting Wolfs ear.* She laughs a little at the smile her laugh the one she laughs now seems more real than any other, Her hand actually comes up to block her open mouth like she was raised to do it brings a smile to her face and it actually shows in her eyes, her laugh is rich, beautiful, sweet, and most of all intoxicating that sends shivers down the spine with a secret promise of something more to it. "Mercy, Mercy you can not use that smile on me to get your way dear, My family invented that smile thousands of years before I was even born. My bloodline is made for seduction, most of them breathed sex till their deaths. Because of my mix from my mother I have other options." She smiles and something about this actually is making her happy "You would not Mercy, and to do anything to him would to be going against my words, I do not pull rank often but this I will. And your more young and innocent than you think around me Mercy, and most likely around this hunter as well. I have known hunters in the past to keep them from killing me I have killed them but that does not mean the young ones I did not have fun with. If they are anything as they used to be, He has killed more than you have." She smiled her devilish looking smile that would make most men even today fall to their knees begging for her and turned back to the window.
