yeah, that was a mistake, and but somehow i think I will be doing it again. anyway do you know any training that will help Raine get more constitution? If he trains that a lot no one will be able to hurt him! he will be like greed in fma

Hm...weights? Tie a rope into a circle and slip his arms through and hold his arms out and have the weights where his elbows are. See how long he can last without his arms caving in. ^_^
