Midri clung to Tommy, too frightened to be aggressive.
"Ee-vee!" She cried, trying to shout to Sunny, but to apparently no avail.
But Sunny heard. She was not that far away, with Arekku's pokemon, checking some more treestumps. She heard the cry and stood up.
"That sounded like Midri!" she shouted, and ran into the wind, the two pokemon following her.
She came to Tommy, holding Midri.
"I found you guys," she sighed. "Thanks so much for finding Midri!"

"Hmm..." Tommy whipped out his TADS to check teh surrounding area. "I guess there's Swinubs, Snover, Sneasel, and Snorunt. Though they'll be hard to find once the bli--" The blizzard started up again. "--zzard starts." he finished, raising his voice so it could be heard.

Sunny took a step forward. "I'm going to try and catch a sneasel, then!"
She searched around and quickly found a wild one, sheltering from the snow behind a rock.
"Go, Midri!" she called. The blizzard wasn't as strong as before, and she was confident Midri could stand her guard.
"Use scratch on the sneasel!" Sunny commanded. Midri leapt onto the sneasel and scrtached it hard. The sneasel responded with a scratch of its own. The two began to scratch eachother as fast as they could. Midri's size prevented her from getting the upper hand but sneasel was already weakened by the blizzard, so it couldn't either.

Tommy went up to the Swinubs, and challenged three of them. He was going to command three at once, which was tricky, but felt he could do it. He quickly sent out Chiko, his Chikorita, Treecko, and Marshtomp. Marshtomp immediately super-powered his piglett into a KO at the back of the hoard. Meanwhile, Treecko and Chiko used a Giga Drain and Razor Leaf. Both countered with a Ice Beam, KOing both of the grass types.
"ooh, ok return both of you. Go, Lairon and Flaffy!" The fight had already sky-rocketed to a final double battle, due to the immense power of all pokemon. The Climax of the battles had just begun.

"Quick, use sand attack!" Sunny commanded. Midri summoned sand which, swirled round by the wind, completely obstructed the sneasel's vision. The sneasel's next attack, ice beam, missed completely.
"Midri! Tackle!" Sunny shouted. Midri shot through the sand and quickly brought the sneasel down. The sneasel lay, defeated. Sunny laughed.
"Looks like I defeated it instead... Oh well. I'd better go back to HQ now, I'm a bit tired." She waved to Tommy and found a teleporter to take her back.
As she reappeared in the teleportation room, she noticed a girl standing there. Sunny looked her over. She had shortish blonde hair, blue eyes and on her head was an almost... familiar pink cap. Where had Sunny seen her before?

Both Swinubs aimed very strong Ice Shards at Lairon. Flaffy shot a strong Signal Beam at one, confusing it. Lairon Metal Bursted, KOing the Signal Beamed Swinub. Now, another Ice Shard strikes at Lairon, but is blocked by Protect. Flaffy's now charged up Focus Punch strikes home, sending the last Swinub away.
Now finished, Tommy noticed Sunny had gone, and he decided to also. he arrived back at HQ exhausted, and leapt onto the couch.

"Hi" Rose said noticing the woman coming into the room, she was somehow familiar. Who was she, Rose thought. No wait it couldn't be

Max walked in, hearing the teleporters ding. "Hi Tommy and.." he said noticing the two girls. "Uhm I don't believe we have met before." he said holding out his hand to introduce himself. "I'm Max."

Tommy noticed the reunion of teh two girls, and the trying-to-be-casualness of Max trying to greet them. he went and typed out the news article, then went to update some stuff.

"Rose!" Sunny cried, and ran up to her. "I didn't know you'd joined Team Aqua!" Midri, who was out, gave out little crys of welcome and leapt round Rose's feet.
"Since we last met, so much has happened!" began Sunny, enthusiastically. "But..." she trailed off. "I'm afraid my old wailmer is no longer with us..."
She turned to Max. "Hey, I'm Sunny!" she grinned. "Nice to meet you!"

"So I assume you are Rose." he said pointing to Rose. "Since she was screaming your name and you are the only other girl in here.." he said with chuckle. "It's nice to meet both of you." he said with a smile.
