:::She smiles::: Thank you so much. :::She suddenly realized how surpirsed he was seeing her use the ability, and then recalled the strange things Bard said when they last met:::
Bard... is this the first time you're seeing me use my ability?

*Bard wanders toward the bar, twirling the mug on his index finger absently* I think so. At least, I don't remember you throwing mugs at me before.
*he reaches the bar and deposits the mug on the counter. There's a Riesling Spatlese on the wine rack. He picks up the bottle and appraises it*
Why?

When last we met, I displayed my progress to you, under the impression that you had never seen me use the ability before. But when I showed you, you said that you had seen me excel past that point before. You said I had gotten lazy. Something was very off.
:::She couldn't be more straight forward about that:::

*Bard listens to Cora as he fishes a corkscrew out of a drawer and selects two wine glasses off the shelf. After a moment's thought, he opens the fridge looking for a snack. To his delight, he finds a tray of cheese, crackers, and fruit--of the sort they serve at luncheons and cocktail parties--still covered in saran wrap. He scoops it up, and balancing the tray, the bottle, the glasses and the corkscrew, he makes his way back to the table.*
So what you're saying is, I've never seen this before, only I have seen this before. But when I saw it before, I hadn't seen it before. But though I hadn't seen it before, I had seen it before, only now that I've seen it, I'm quite sure I've never seen it and hadn't seen it, even though I apparently have.
*He sets everything down on the table and takes a seat.*
Right?

:::She takes a moment to eye the strange yellow and white cubes along with the other assorted objects. She didn't guess that it was food until she paired it with the wine. Oh...goodness that's food. I'm gonna have to eat that?:::
Yes. Exactly. Everything else was normal though. You were with Maggie when I arrived, and then I showed you my abilities, and you acted as though you had not been impressed with my progress...that I'd even gone backwards! Honestly...
:::She was obviously not used to being told that she'd regressed:::

*Bard pops the cork on the bottle of Riesling and pours them each a glass.*
Cora... I have no idea what I just said.
*He pulls the saran wrap off the plate and helps himself to a couple pieces of cheese*
However, I'm very sure that I've never seen you do that particular trick. Are you sure it wasn't something else?

I'm pretty sure... :::She eyes the cubes, and is about to do it how Bard had, but just as she reached for it, she began to fade away:::
:::she got one last look at Bard before she was gone:::

*Bard blinks*
Now that's a trick I've seen once too often.
*He shrugs and continues to eat his wine and cheese breakfast*

*After devouring the better part of the cheese and fruit plate and a good amount of the wine, Bard clears the table and returns everything to the bar.*
*He wanders off to the library, whistling showtunes again*
**Exit Bard to Library**

** Enter Bard from the Library **
*Bard returns to the main room, still whistling to himself, and paging through a large, ancient looking book. He doesn't notice the Faerie sitting naked on the floor. He makes his way over to the fridge behind the bar and grabs the cheese plate*
*On his way toward the table he actually does notice her. His plate goes crashing to the floor*

*blushes a little, realzing it's my fault, but not trying to help because it means I'd have to uncover myself, not wanting to freak him out anymore* ....Sorry... Couldn't help it, didn't have clothes on in Tac's world... my name is Mystina. *giggles a little nervously*

No worries.. I've been pulled her in embarrassing situations also.
