How much more can we take Scorpio was about to totally pull a prank on Meri when....she appeared. As soon as Scorpio turned and saw the figure of his mother...he figured he was in trouble. "GAH!" He turned away and ran, "WHATEVER IT WAS I DIDN"T DO IT!" He was gone in a flash as he ran away, it was like he was still a little kid! The thing with his mother was that there was no way he could really tell when she was mad or not....so he took the safe route and sprant like hell! Cry for absolution, it's not the end for me
A last minute pardon, one final reprieve
Resist the war machine, don't get in it's path
Fight to die a free man and reap the aftermath
Crushing down, caving in our will to live
Getting rid of man's mistakes
To take a lost life, lock it up, break it down
How much more can we take

Meribelle watched as Scorpio floated and took her chance to pounce when she saw a women come up to them, by the way she was talking it was Scorpio's mother, Thorn. Man, Thorn was intimidating to say the least, not really realizing she was involved with such powerful people. "Um...Hi, I'm Scorpy's friend Meribelle, he kinda dragged me with him to the portal world for eight years." She said as Scorpio bolted, she was use to that.

I will take your breath away  Well, apparently eight years didn't curb his energy much, as he ran away screaming that he didn't do it... do what, she would have asked, if he wasn't screaming like a little girl and running. Thornara sighed, then looked to the young girl that spoke to her, though nervously. "So I could tell," she said to her, but the faintest smile showed. "How did he use the portal, or does he say that he doesn't know how it happened." Because that wouldn't surprise her much if he said so. Obviously Thornara doesn't think to introduce herself yet, but as soon as she catches her son and drag him back, he could do that for her."Sephiroth? Meribelle relaxed a little as Thorn seemed not to want to kill her or anything! "Oh he figured it out himself though he took his sweet time getting back here." She shrugged a bit, Scorpio's powers were different so she didn't know them very well. "Anyway, he's told me about you and Rikai, you're not as scary as he put you." Though she didn't know the way she punished her son!

I will take your breath away "He is nearly as lazy as his father," Thornara commented when Meribelle said that Scorpio took his time figuring out how to get back here. But obviously it was the one flaw that she looks away from; both father and son are powerful, so when they do get motivated, the people that got them motivated usually were screwed.
Thornara then smirked when the girl said that Scorpio described her as very scary. "I could be when I want to," she told the girl. It wasn't often that she punished Scorpio, so when she had, it was fairly scary for the boy. And it wasn't hard to imagine how scary she could get..."Sephiroth? How much more can we take Scorpio was hiding three rooms away in the pool, literally underneath the water and not breathing at all. There was a wrap of magic around him that prevented him from getting wet. This was the safest place to hide...he hoped...oh how he really hoped. Cry for absolution, it's not the end for me

"Oh so Rikai has as much energy as Scorpy?" Meribelle asked since one day she might have to deal with two Scorpio's and one was enough! So she kinda hoped Rikai was more mellowed out, Scorpio wore her out sometimes. Though at Thorn saying she could be scary when she wanted to be and that scared her a little and she hoped she would never piss off Thorn! "Maybe we should go get him? He's hiding in the pool." She laughed a little since he was being a sissy!

More like he can't until he finally convinces Nero, the only real god-person in the world with the power, to unseal the seals that were placed on him from ancient times. But Thornara doesn't share that information because obviously, it was bad to tell people of that, even if they were innocent people, they could slip that out by accident in front of someone who wasn't good. So as far as Maribelle was concerned, Rikai was a force to be reckoned with even more so than Scorpy.
The girl asked if they should go get him, who Thorn could feel was only three rooms away. She smirked mischievously when the young girl said where he was at, and laughed. Indeed Scorpy was a bit of a sissy when it came to his own mother. "Sure. But let's do this the easy way." They would enter the pool room and sure enough, there was Scorpio hiding under water. Thornara merely giggled lightly and raised a hand, in which a chain energy appeared from above and wrapped around Scorpio's little energy that was keeping him dry, hauling him up and out. And the best part was that he couldn't escape until the chain lets go of his energy.
"You never learn from past experiences that even when you run and hide, I always find you." With the smile she had though, he would see that she wasn't angry, and he was indeed being a pansy for running away for no real reason at all. Not that it makes her less dangerous, but Scorpio knew that she would never hurt him. Her chains let him go as soon as she placed him on the ground in front of them near Meribelle, and the chains of energy disappeared completely."Sephiroth? "Thank god, Scorpy is enough to deal with..." Meribelle said with a fake exhaustion since sometimes she had to just give up and let Scorpio do what he wanted. But at Thorn saying they should do it the easy way she wondered what she was going to do as she followed Thorn to the pool. She then watched Thorn pull Scorpio out of the pool with a chain and say he couldn't hide from her and giggled. "C'mon Scorpy, Thorn isn't that bad, you just need to stop causing trouble and she won't be scary."

She said laughing, yeah she was going to hold this over him as well, just like everyone else! She started to walk out of the mansion grounds and to the streets, it was actually better for her to be walking around, though she was going to be paying for ir later when her feet would swell up! "Looks like me calling you out turned out to be a good thing, now that we've forgiven each other." She said to him, it was almost a little hard to believe she grew up so fast from being childish to a very mature teenager in the few months she didn't see him. "I just want to be with my love and have my family..." "But it seems like...I have to choose one or the other...And it's hard to pick sides..." "...I miss my father...I want to see my mother and my brothers more...I just wish they would accept the way I am..." "They all just think I'm an immature little girl that just messes up at every step when really...I'm not."

How much more can we take Scorpio sat, flustered, as he was dragged out of the pool quite quickly. "Isn't that the way hide and go seek is supposed to be played?" He joked as he remained unmoving do to the chain. Then he looked towards Meri, "I live for the trouble, as you well know." He said with his tongue sticking out, "You haven't lived with her cooking...that alone is scary." Cry for absolution, it's not the end for me
