YOU LIVE IN OREGON BUT DON'T KNOW SAKURA-CON! *dies of astonishment* it's an anime convention held in Seattle. all of my friends cosplay there annually, but my parents don't let me go. it's one of the two greatest annual anime conventions in the U.S.
(Katon: Hoteri Ougigata no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flash Fan Technique) - A fairly simple jutsu, the user breaths in a fair amount of air while performing the necessary hand seals and breaths it out in a short funnel of flame. Literally lasting only a few seconds, it explodes out of the mouth in a v-like wave and is a commonly used technique amongst shinobi who like to build into their attacks. The range of this flame, however, is about 3m and the flame itself isn’t held long enough to deal any real damage. Therefore, it isn’t necessarily a viable offensive option as compared to other jutsus, but it does serve its purposes since only three hand seals are needed to perform this technique. ) there are two of me...so i can chain it into constant stream of fire until i run out of Jutsu. i also can bind someone with my 2 whips....i am learning this now.

Just a warning... halfway through this term (5 weeks into this term) I am going to be on Block Exams... If I don't commit suicide due to stress... I will be back...
And my WTF was in confusion about the fetal position and me trying to figure out what the hell was going on...
