It figures that I've come up with an idea for 2006's Gaia Halloween costume, and tektek is down so I can't go plan the outfit and check prices. Curses.

Cosplay days is our annual March contest. Four weeks, four themes, four prizes. Each week is a new chance to create the best costume for your avatar, show it off for the week, and be voted on to pick the best costume.
You are allowed to borrow clothing items from other people to complete your costume. It keeps us all from breaking the bank, although some of us still go a little overboard. I blew over 25k on one costume last Cosplay days...and I don't even qualify for the prize!
If I recall correctly, last years winners were:
Movie Madness: Raven Darkholme as Gogo Yubari from Kill Bill
TV Time: Virgil Hawkins as Mr. T
Anime-nia: General Zod as Vash the Stampede
Miscelleneous Mayhem: Jamie Madrox as ALL of the Village People
But that only scratches the surface of the many awesome costumes we saw that week.... biggrin
