Eskimo of Doom Chloe let Esme check on the wound, and she prays that its nothing serious, or else there'll be hell to pay. Chloe looked back at the Noahs, keeping a strained smile and not let her guarded state get the best of her. Hopefully..we can get out of this without a fight. She hopes, maybe jinxing herself again.

Chloe gave small smile at the twins and at her chick. "So you guys are professional chicken breeders or something..mind giving me a few pointers?" She asks, although her expression stalled a bit when Road said if they wanted to visit them, knowing the Order..they won't allow anyone who isn't associated with them inside, but...she still kept her smile.
"Hopefully..." She also heard Esme and she nodded at her, standing up and tries to pick up the box only for her to have difficulty with it due to her bruised shoulder.

Road backed away from the umbrella, "That thing is scary..." And she smiled at Chloe, "Where do you live...? Maybe I can visit sometime..." She smiled at her.

Chloe grabbed the book with her hand that wasnt occupied with the chick, although it did hurt to move it. "Thanks Jasdero..you're awesome." She said, smiling in return, but she stiffened up when Road asked her where she lived.
"umm....." she couldn't answer the question...because if she did..she shook her head at the thought, but they already knew they were exorcists.

Road tilted her head waiting for a response, "What is it? Why can't you tell me?" She saddened a bit, "You don't want me to know....?" She asked her friend, "I don't understand....this is the first time we've met, I wanted to get to know you better...I thought we could be friends..."

Chloe let her expression fell and she stared at her chick, who was peeping innocently at her. She brought her head up and gave a sad smile. "I.....I live in the Black Order...with the Exorcists..." She replied, gulping afterwards at what response might happen next. For all she knew, they were in huge trouble now.
