[-Stefan-] Sauvie [-Stefan-] Sauvie [-Stefan-] Sauvie What was your favourite performance? I missed wolfmother. ;.; But I just looked up a video and they were awesome. I loved the Foo Fighters, the Beastie Boys were great... Chris Cornell was amazing. The Smashing Pumpkins were really good too. And of course the Police. Can't choose just one. <_< I was up for the entire thing, Wolfmother was crazy, best easily, and longest to boot, Foo Fighters are second and Smashing Pumpkins were amazing, I like the little crack about the CD as well. Linkin park was okay, not there greatest the Police were great but Message in a Bottle was ruined by Kanye West. The whole thing with Madona, was better than I thought it would be, especially the Guitar... that was out of nowhere. Cornell was excellent I liked the Message in a Bottle with Kanye West. I thought Lenny Kravitz was pretty good, too, even though I'd never heard him before. And I missed Linkin Park too... ;.; Gotta get some Wolfmother videos. I am a traditionalist, I like the song minus Kanye screaming. Lenny Kravitz was pretty good as well, his last song was pretty weak though I'm a fan of Kanye, and I thought it worked pretty well. I agree with that on Kravitz, but that song Are You Gonna Go My Way was just fantastic. @ Fish: I also don't like it because it's too light. I like Kanye as well, but I didnt think it worked, my dad was swearing at the TV, very entertaining. Yes are you gonna go my way was great, he performed it perfectly

Ohmygosh. I love "The Little Things That Give you Away", the only thing I don't like is how long the title is.. and it's annoying to type it all out. I think that song is pretty.

The reason I hate MTM is because they took everything good about Linkin Park, every reason I liked them, and totally destroyed it.

Meta_Fish Sauvie Meta_Fish What's so bad about the Minutes to Midnight songs? I mean, really. I can see how you may not like them, because they're different than LP's old stuff, but to just say that it's bad is just beyond me. that's the thing, there not bad... maybe What I've done is, but the others are fine, not LP's usual awesome stuff and sure is a departure from Meteora, but that is why people hate the CD it is like a different group almost. But you just said that one of the songs was bad. It's just a new sound that they're going for. A lot of bands do that. At first, I didn't like the new stuff, but once I gave it a chance, I really do like it. Well listen to What I've done... it is bad, all bands can have songs that suck, and all of them can try new sounds, up to them, I just really dont like What I've done, everyone has there opinions.

Look at their highest charting singles off Meteora - Numb and Breaking the Habit (right? I'm pretty sure I read that BTH was second). Now look at MTM- see?

Mrs Nintendo Ohmygosh. I love "The Little Things That Give you Away", the only thing I don't like is how long the title is.. and it's annoying to type it all out. I think that song is pretty. I was using it as a counterpoint to your saying that the new album is too light. What I like, you don't, with MtM, so maybe what I don't like, you may like. I actually do like the band for their lyrics, too. Now, and before. Sauvie Well listen to What I've done... it is bad, all bands can have songs that suck, and all of them can try new sounds, up to them, I just really dont like What I've done, everyone has there opinions. Then I read the rest of your post, and realized in the end, you said it was an opinion.
