Shinobi Special Skills:
1. Precise Chakra Control-From training with large amounts of his chakra, Rein can now easily maneuver it about, even feeling the chakra in a small radius around himself. Though, he can only feel where it is behind him, as well as general shapes the chakra is in. Unlike the Hyuuga, he cannot see around himself.
2. Seal Expert-While Rein does not know any known sealing technique, he has the knowledge to make advances seals of his own, quickly activating them and coming up with new ones every day. This comes from his extensive knowledge of the workings and types of seals, as well as seeing many of them and using them in his lifetime. Using simple water and wind moves, Rein can make seals by moving water around, freezing the water, or cutting it into the object he is using. If given time, he can make them with ink or other items.
3. Poison Affinity-After taking in large amounts of poison in his body, Rein's blood and body developed the ability to quickly neutralize and get rid of any poison, usually through a high amount of sweating, more spit in his mouth, or, the occasional vomiting. Sure enough, though, poison does not affect him otherwise.

Reitou Kaze((Freezing Wind))

AoE: Short Distance(0-10m) to very long (20-40m)
Description: Using a small, but highly condensed water ball, the user wraps Wind chakra around the ball, causing a small ball of Wind to appear around the Water ball. Making sure not to have the Wind touch the Water, the technique can either be used up close, by hitting the ball into something, or thrown/let go of from a distance. It is a short to very long range attack, depending on the use.
Effect: When the ball is pushed forward, the user must have the ball of water explode forward, turning into a thick mist of vapor. Using the Wind that swirled around the Water, it lowers the temperature of the water drastically, causing it to freeze as it turns to vapor. The resulting wind freezes the water in the air, thereby freezing anything in front of the person, or hitting the target and freezing whatever it touches. The overall effect of the move is like Liquid Nitrogen, completely freezing an object if it hits a person directly.

Description: Using the Hyouton's ability to freeze even the air, the user will first collect a small amount of chakra into both hands, making it a combination of both Wind and Water chakra to stabilize the freezing reaction. The effect of the two chakra in the hands will cause the air around them to drop to extreme temperatures, causing even a small amount of mist to come off them. When the user strikes a person or an object, the contact from the hands of the user causes the temperature of the person or object to drop drastically, causing objects to not only freeze instantly, but become very fragile. If it hits a person, frostbite quickly forms. If it stays on a person for more than a few seconds, the part of the body quickly freezes all the way through, as the temperature drop only increases the more the object is in contact with the user's hands. While the move only costs that of a low ranked jutsu, the freezing power can far outmatch that of it's class.

Description: To begin with, the user must first either have a very large, and I mean VERY large water source with them, or by them, usually a medium sized pond or a lake, and then have both Wind and Water natured chakra. Using first the water, the user uses all the water from the source they are using, and make a spinning tornado out of it, making sure to make it very tall, but still wide enough for the user and opponent to be ale to move. The user then makes a very high velocity wind wrap around inside the water, making sure to hold both at the same time. At this point, even a medium sized house would collapse and be pulled into the attack, then be ripped apart. A person that tries to escape this will find their body be ripped to shreds by the attack. As the user drapes the wind in with the water, they then wrap the winds around their arms, making sure not to hurt themselves, because it will if it literally touches them. The user then swiped with their hands, or a blade(better with a blade) making very quick and precise slashes that go into a web-like form at the opponent. While the opponent is occupied with this, the user will then make the tornado collapse in on itself, making sure to make the attack wrap around them as it comes down on them, though making it so that the opponent cannot escape the same way. Overall, the most takes a while to set up, and won't work if the opponent isn't already trapped.

• Curse Seal
Name: Shadow Curse Mark
Description:
Stage One: At Stage One the lines around the circle spread from Rein's right shoulder to down his right arm, across his back, and down his left arm as well. Around his neck are curved lines, ending in points, in a circle-like pattern. The lines on his back move up the back of his neck, and go over his right eye. The lines explode in a lime green color that quickly move along his body, that then spread from his upper body to down his chest in some straight, and some intricate lines, down to his abdomen. There, they abruptly end, in jagged edges and other shapes. This stage increases Rein's chakra control greatly, allowing all moves chakra cost to be downgraded two levels, but the power and time to use the moves stay the same. Rein's chakra turns a lime green color like his eyes. His chakra levels are returned to their normal levels, regardless of how low they may be at the time. Chakra increases no more beyond that, though. The way that Rein must activate the Curse Seal is by a strong feeling, any feeling, though it must be stronger than any other he is feeling at the time. This is somewhat difficult for him, since he likes to keep himself in check at all times.
Stage Two: At Stage Two Rein's skin becomes black, the same color as the lines that cover his whole body. A lone large line, having an arrow at the end, sprouts from his lower back, turning into a tail. His nails grow longer, sharper. The tail has the ability to block blades, lengthen and shorten, but otherwise acts like the regular abilities the Curse Seal has.
Jutsu
Senya Nori - Line Arrow Ride
At activation of the curse seal, Rein gains the ability to manipulate the tribal line arrows that go along his body, making them come off his skin to be used otherwise. The lines can take simple forms, like a cylinder or group of lines, to cut or slice almost anything it touches. The lines themselves can be cut by a blade or other weapon, but easily grow back on the part they were cut on. It is unknown how many lines Rein can use at a time, since his body is almost covered in them.

Rosen Doragon - Line Dragon
By highly condensing the lines on a single body part, Rein can make the lines shoot from his arm, taking the shape of a serpent-like or dragon-like body, that can shoot forward at a target, greatly cutting them up, or sending them flying through the air. The dragon can be unwound mid-flight, to trap the target in an expanding cylinder of lines that cut them to pieces.

Sentoku - Line Shield
Again, by highly condensing the lines that make up the Curse Mark, the lines can be made to make a shield that can block ninjutsu, blades, or other objects. Depending on the size of the shield is the lines and chakra needed, making anywhere from a shield large enough to block a sword, to a shield that blocks the area around Rein completely from attack. While the shield can be cut by a strong enough blade, the lines can be remade in mid-cut.

1. Second Sight-Due to being able to control all of Rein's chakra, and then the curse seal chakra as well, Ijin has slowly gained the ability, through long days on end of using the sharingan, to see a sort of 'haze' of chakra moving in a person or around them without having to activate the sharingan. While it is impossible to see the chakra like he could with the sharingan, since it isn't in both eyes, he can see the chakra moving before the person themselves do. Therefore he is able to see a person, even in pitch black, as long as they have chakra.
