Tommy finally decided to buy it. Happy, the shopkeeper left to the back of the room, while Tommy took up the chain, and put it around his neck.

"I'm hoping these come from dead Golduck, or are made of some kind of substitute." Ginji said as he tossed the jewel up and down a bit. "And I think the Tails were from living Slowpoke for Rocket's cruel game." he laughed as the Golduck splashed around in the Lake.
"I do think I'm going to go join them." Ginji smirked as he ripped off his clothes, having his swim suit on underneath, running down to the water and playing with the Golduck.

Tommy was already down at the lake, already had stripped to his swimshorts, taken off his new necklace, and diving into into the refreshing water. He posted his Machoke to watch over it.

As Tommy and Ginji entered the lake, the gem Ginji had bought started to glow with an eerie light. All the Golduck turned towards them with their own gems glowing, right along with their eyes. The angry red color could have been cut with a knife.
In a swift instant, the Golduck went into a craze, destroying everything they could get their webbed feet and hands a hold of. The citizens were not very frightened though, as Sootopolis has seen much worse in the days of past.
"Crap, not good." Ginji muttered as he was surrounded by a swarm of Golduck.

Running back to shore, Tommy called out Flaffy. Flaffy Thunderbolted Tommy, sending many volts into his body. Though his hair stood on end, he ran back to the water. He then held his hands int he form of a gun. And started shooting at Golducks.

The Golduck's defense were too strong due to their psychic powers. They also seemed to have a...a...headache! "Not good." Ginji muttered again as he divided the group of Golduck up into a smaller number. "Fight a group of 5 and capture one if you wish, I'm waiving the capture rule for you Tommy, you can have a Golduck if you want."
He said as he drew his first pokeball.

WHOO~" Tommy said as he rounded his five's attention to lead them out of the lake. Tommy then called over his Flaffy.
Also, a strong Superpower move crushed Golduckuno to the other side of the lake. It lay there, KOed by the decisive, unexpected blow.

Ginji let loose his Luxray, with a spark of Sparks the Pokemon let loose, the several Golducks that were trying to dog pile onto it were stunned at least. "Quick, set up a Rain Dance!" Ginji called out as rain started falling from the sky. Lightning bolts falling from the storm that ragged above.
"THUNDER!" he called out as the Golduck was helpless to stop the incoming electric shock.

Taking advantage of the pouring rain, Tommy also called "You to Flaaffy! THunder!" the electric type took out one of the Golducks. Also, Machoke came over quietly to Submission a Golduck to the ground, TKOing the water type. It struggled to it's feet, only to be whacked in the head by an Attack Ball. Uno... Dos... Thres... KaDING! Golduck este capturado! (was captured)
Slightly hurt, Machoke went back to guard Tommy's belongings. Unfortunately, Tommy's belongings were stolen! A Shadow was seen carrying these off, and Machoke gave pursuit at once.

Ginji returned Luxray in favor for Plusle and Minun. "Plusle protect, Minun, Nasty Plot." Ginji called out as the two shadow Pokemon looked at each other, nodded and went into Reverse Mode.
"...Fine. Shadow Bolt!" the blonde called out as black lightning fell from the sky, hitting the Golducks hard. As the darkness cleared it was obvious that the attack hadn't been as effective, as the Golduck were still standing. A glowing ball of energy in their hands, shooting it at the Plusle and Minun. KOing them in one shot.
"They must have beefed up their defenses with a Psychic Shield." Ginji called to Tommy as he returned the two misbehaving Shadow Pokemon to their Pokeballs. In a flash, Ginji sent out Chikorita and Natu.
The first used Magical Leaf, KOing one of the beefed up Golduck, Natu sitting in meditation, trying to break their psychic defenses.

*Two Golduck appear, kinda angry*
Me: Minun, Plusle, go.
*Minun and Plusle appear, and they start hugging and playing with each other*
Me: Well better than them being sad.
*One Golduck dances, and it begins to rain, the other's eyes glow blue and Minun is slammed into the ground*
Me: This is why you always take advantagge of knowing what you're going to face. Double Thunder.
*Minun and and Plusle let out great bursts of lightning, that quickly KO both Golduck*
Me: That was easy.
*Two more Golduck appear*
Me: Well...
*They both Psychic on Minun, who goies down in a painful squeal*
Me: Plusle return, Minun...
*I recall both my electric rodents*
Me: Gyrados, Marowak, go!
*My primary duo show up*
Me: Double Earthquake.
*Both my Pokemon hit the ground hard... and well there isn't much ground under the Golduck after they faint*
*One last Golduck shows up*
Me: Bite and False Swipe.
*Gyrados bites into Golduck, and Marowak weakens the Golduck*
*Golduck flinches*
Me: Ultraball.
Wiggle... Wiggle... DING.
Me: Yep.
*I pick up my new Pokemon*

"I can see that!" Tommy shouted back as Flaffy was shot down with a barage of Psychics. Tommy called back Flaffy, sending out his green duo, Chiko and Treecko. Before slipping into unconsciousness, Flaffy used a Sunny Day, the sun suddenly intensifying.
Blinding the Golducks (and many others in the area), both grass types Solarbeamed Golduckquatro and Golduckcinko back into the water. They re-appeared out of the water. They shot Psychics again, knocking out Treecko, as he had blocked for Chiko.
Meanwhile, the retreating figure of a Golduck fell to the ground as it was Vacuum Waved by Machoke. As Machoke neared, the Golduck scrambled back to it's feet, and ran past Machoke, only to flip backwards at least 5 times until he struck the ground, now cartwheeling, and them sliding, to a stop.

"This might work." Ginji muttered as he looked up at the sun, holding the Gem to the highest point, intensifying the sun's rays, creating a red disco like pattern on the water. This light disturbed the Golduck's natural ability to use their psychic powers for a short period, in this time Natu was able to reconfigure their powers using a Psychic.
Chikorita took its time to aim a Solarbeam, KOing another of the weakened Golduck. "This isn't going as well as hoped." Ginji joked as Natu was swatted down with an Aqua Jet, KOing the weak bird Pokemon.
