Azn Shadow Specz GetShiggyWithIt Haseo Hitsome GetShiggyWithIt Haseo Hitsome no Legato was born in Ame.. He will be there soon when Ame is open and new Kage and Legato will kill new Kage then take over Ame village. So, Amatsu has the choice to go to cloud because he can learn everything Lightning jutsu than mist since He stole the kage scrolls Ame is open! lol, I just asked RiGid earlier if akatsuki could take over a village because I want to serve under the great Shigure's Legato's rule. Kasumi is going to have so much fun. Yeah Shigure might be Kage and Legato is a Akatsuki Leader so I see Yuuki is inactive I guess she never posts at all last time I saw her in another naruto guild. I guess Legato need new other member. I only got Legato, Takeshi, Natsuhi and Satijin My idea is for you to shut down border like Reservoir shut down Kiragakure (use of amazing guards), then simply let people never enter and never leave Rain without your permission. None ever know Akatsuki is there, and none can ever get in to find out. Then, as members join Amegakure as their village but cannot leave, you basically can recruit the ones whose bloodlines / skills are the best for Akatsuki. Tons of available members, and domination over a village XD. Until the Samurai come along and burn everything down and kill half the habitants. sounds like a normal day at the rain village.. but with out the samurai.. lol

Not the Akatsuki (yet) but the body collectors. I mean, she can at least try to stop them at one point but other than that, she's still weak to even use her own jutsu against them. It sucks but now, I have to figure out a way to apologize to the Mizukage about her spark of defection...

Bingo Book
The Bingo Book is an article which lists the various criminals throughout the world. Those whom are considered criminals are updated and registered into this article, listening whom they are along with a picture of what they look like. With that, there is also details on their abilities along with their crimes. The Bingo Book raises the criminal awareness so they can be captured.
D Ranked Criminals
Crime: Defection from --- village, theft, killing of minor persons.
Abilities: Varying Gennin Ranked Jutsu w/ Academic leveled skill
Reward: 1k - 2.5k Alive, 500 - 750 Dead.
C Ranked Criminals
Crime: Defection from --- village, theft, killing of higher citizens, killing shinobi, attacking villages
Abilities: Varying Classes [One Full Specialty] accompanied by chuunin ranked jutsu of the associated village.
Reward: 2k - 3k Alive, 5k-10k Dead
B Ranked Criminals
Crimes: Defection from --- village, assassination of government officials, killing higher persons and shinobi, major theft.
Abilities: Varying Classes [One Mastered Class] accompanied by jounin ranked jutsu of the associated village, complete affinity in a two elements (lvl 5's in those elements)
Reward: 11k - 20k Alive, 21k - 30k Dead
A Ranked Criminals
Crimes: Defection from --- village, major theft, mass murder, killing shinobi, government assassinations, information stealing, attacking villages and major villages
Abilities: Varying Classes [Two Mastered Classes] accompanied by all basic taijutsu and genjutsu, all of the village jutsu and & ninjutsu from disbanded village (considering that element), and a mastered elemental combination based from the original element chosen.
Reward: 31k - 50k Alive, 51k - 75k dead.
S Ranked Criminals
Crimes: Defection from --- village, grand Theft, mass murder, mass shinobi murder, government assassination, shinobi council assassinations, attacking major villages, attacking countries etc.
Abilities: Varying Classes [Three Mastered Classes] accompanied by all basic taijutsu, genjutsu, (and sometimes kenjutsu) all of the village jutsu & ninjutsu from disbanded village, two mastered elemental combinations with maximum affinity in both and the underlying elements.
Reward: 100k dead no reward for bringing him back alive

How did an academy student who did not even graduate get based 5 Jounin, 7 Chunnin, and 5 Genin and stole our most precious scroll? Can someone please explain to me how this happened? You guys are the worst ninjas ever.
