Honestly I'm growing bored of this conversation and I'm not even caring about what the jutsus do or do not do, Just the fact that I'm not learning any of them, And I probably won't for a while. Like I said, I'm learning Hidden mist jutsu from Kirigakure before I learn any of my Hyouton jutsu. And what leads you to believe that mist will TEACH you these things? Nothing, I'd just come over, ask, and then leave if I got turned down. No big deal. I just don't see how a different village gets the Hidden mist jutsu. I mean I get it, but wouldn't Mist guard it better than that? When we made the jutsu lists, we thought it would be unfair to withhold certain jutsu from villages, or Raikiri, Rasengan, and Kage Bunshin would b Konoha-only jutsu. But you DO bring up an interesting point. Hidden mist- and even more so, hidden mist vision- would probably be well guarded secrets of Kirigakure. I may have to talk to lance about this.

So I heard my phone ringing in the other room, and I was expecting an important phone call. So I jump up to get it, trip over my cat, smash my face into my door, scramble to get up, fall over my brother who went to move his legs out of the way, and slam into the coffee table and flip over to the other side. Well... then, I grabbed my phone, while I'm laying on the ground in pain... and its a wrong bloody number.
I hate my life.... ><

*winces in pain Done it. Except for me, I have an extension in my room. I always wait till the second ring to pick up, and it refused to pick up for some reason. So, I lunge out of my room and run across the house to the office, diving over the armchair along the way, pick it up JUST in time, wrong number. Seriously want to kill the guy on the other end when that happens.

Even some of the Universal Tai are Konoha only, Like leaf hurricane and whirlwind. Just saying, because that never made sense to me since I joined. Granted other villages could technically make a knock off, but it wouldn't be called Hidden mist. Smething like mist creation, and it wouldn't work to the same effect.

My back hurts. I mean... I wouldn't be so angry if it had been the important phone call THE PAIN WOULD HAVE BEEN WORTH IT!!!
But it was a wrong number...
AND not just any wrong number!! IT'S THE SAME BLOODY PERSON CALLING FOR THE SAME BLOODY GUY THAT I'VE TOLD A THOUSAND TIMES DOESN'T LIVE HERE!!!

.... So I just spent a year as an Academy Student? Dude, that sucks. -hangs head- And I don't have a taijutsu style yet. My poor guy appeared just as Blue went inactive in this guild, and before he could learn anything Cloverfield attacked....
