"What was that about your office?" I ask quizzically, since I hadn't said anything about it, and hadn't even been thinking of it in the midst of my battle. "But more powerful projectors wouldn't really do much. I guess they could produce a larger number of holograms at once, but the control unit would need a major overhaul to support them. What are you driving at? A holographic army? These holograms still require a direct line-of-sight to at least two projectors. Without that, they just vanish."

Me: I was just hinting at more dangerous holograms. *I ponder a second* Me: I suppose that would require more projectors in a concentrated area to do more damage.

"If you want a more dangerous hologram, give it a flamethrower. The projectors are able to simulate heat, in order to lend realism to some of the colosseums. Of course, to inflict an actual burn still requires messing with the system safeties." I head out from the stadium and up to the common room.

Me: Flamethowers are more interesting than dangerous in my opinion. *I head out to the main room myself* Me: But thats a matter of opinion, and grade of flamethrower I suppose.

"Burns hurt. It's one thing for a flame-resistant Hybrid, but the business end of a flamethrower is very dangerous for us mortals." I get ready to leave for the evening.
"I'm ready when you are," Xatu appears and stands ready to Teleport.

Tommy comes in with a nice big piece of glass from the beach. It was in his hand. This was caused by the excess fire overnight. He also hadn't slept well on the beach. "Hey guys..." he said sleepily, evidently out of flame powers to burn everything (finaly).

Me: I'm not saying that there isn't a painful recovery process, but getting cut in half or squished like a pancake is far more dangerous than being covered with 3rd degree burns. *I go check some messages*

Christian stared at his hands. He remembers the countless times that his teamates couldn't control their powers at first. But when Christian's powers were in, they didn't have any problems. He could materialize when he wanted and same for disenegration. Christian just sat on the couch half-confused and half-lucky.

"Well, don't tamper with the Holosseum system. That program I fought was designed within the existing hardware specs. I'd rather not see it broken during an attempted upgrade," I caution.
"Hey Tommy. Nice bit of glass you've got. Keep working on it and you'll be a good artist before you know it." *Teleports out with Xatu*

Giant piece o' glass." Tommy muttered. "This stupid fire keeps burning off on it's own, but it burned out last night. I noticed something different now too. Now I have to worry about l-- ACHOO!!" Tommy sneezed as a lightning bolt flew from his finger tips, only it's a bolt instead of sparks because he sneezed so hard. Fire and lightining can be so unpredictable. Poor Tommy.
EDIT: Then Tommy vanished without a trace, his shoes still on the common room instead of with him.

Arekku slowly walks in through a regular doorway, "Wow, It's only been about a month, give or take, and yet it feels like forever.... I wonder if it's changed at all..." The little unchanged Cyndaquil, Mandy, followed next to him joyfully. he really hoped to see someone, anyone, before he had to leave again.
