xNebulousx ...you don't need permission to wear Gaia style clothing outside of Gaia. That's really...stupid. It may be copyrighted, but you're not like, profiting off it or anything. Do you need permission to wear other copyrighted clothing or costumes or whatever? confused Apparently, he made some girl take off all of the Gaia stuff she had made. I think it was an AFK and angelic staff. I really could not understand this kid.

Even if you make the stuff yourself for cosplaying purposes, you can only get in trouble if you claim to have invented the design (which pretty much isn't gonna happen if you're cosplaying...) or if you attempt to make money off sales of the item. Further, a mod lacks the authority to act in any legal capacity on or off the site. Besides, I seriously doubt he was a mod. They chose people for level headedness and an abilty to interact with people without alienating them. Hell, the admins don't seem to be annoyed with gaian cosplayers... I believe they've praised several costumes.
