*Until the children woke up, Nana would start re-reading over a book that had by now been in the room on her night-stand completely untouched for the most part, for a greater part of the month. There were still two books on the table, one about the core and the other with a few more magic spells, Nana was reading the book on the core again*
o__o
*Micha listens and watches his father try to grab at Kaiori in vein, though his vision was impeeded by a device or two*
Micha: . . . ?

Hmm.... *Mastema snaps his fingers and a red dome rose around Kaiori, translucent in its effect* stare This will have to do for now. I should do some research on that relic.... hmm... *He turns back to Micha and walks over to the boy* Well my dear boy, seems you were witness to quite a scene. Still you have nothing to say? Truthfully, I believe you can speak as "eloquently" as your siblings, but you simply choose not to.... *Did Mastema really expect Micha to understand thsi language?*

*Micha can see something red, but he is unsure of what it is, or its use, so he ignores it for now. Micha blinks with dull eyes when Mastema returns over to him. Indeed, Micha had witnessed quite the thing, didn't he? By all accounts that made him more like his mother than Mastema. Micha turns his head to the side, and looks at whatever it was he seemed to be sitting on. Was he ignoring Mastema? By his age, children could understand much, including several words and even symbols, so it was possible he could understand, but how deep that understanding was, was a completely different matter alltogether*
Micha: . . . ?

*He chuckles and put a hand on Micha's back* It matters not. Now, I believe we should return to your mother now. *He picked up Micha and held the boy gently against the right side of his chest. The two would vanish and reappear a few moments later besides the cribs of Micha's siblings*

*Nana finishes off a chapter of the book, on the core of the citadel then puts the book back down. Now seemed a good a time as any to catch up in her journal. It had been over a month afterall, however Mastema seemed to have other plans as he returned with Micha in hand*
>.> !
Hmm? Oh, so there you two are.
^^
Did Micha enjoy his time with you today?

*He chuckled and glanced to the boy* One can only hope. Either it is difficult to interest this boy, or he is very conservative with his expressions. *He let Micha down on the ground, still with a hand supporting him on his back*

*Nana laughs a little nervously, she was still a little worried about her child afterall*
^^;
I see.
*At least he was apperently standing now, with Mastema there at least. His teddybear dangled in his left hand. Micha looks over to his mother and blinks lighly. Micha's right hand was lightly against the back of Mastema's leg for support or so it seemed*
Micha: . . .

*He nodded* Everything is taken care of now. *He turned the cribs* and before the children even awakened. I do hope I am not being too careless. *He chuckles and looks down to Micha*

Oh don't worry.
*Micha continued to look at his mother , blinking only every once in a while. Micha could feel Mastema's eyes on him, so he looks up a little to face Mastema's eyes. Well this was certainly the most animated Micha had ever been*

*sadly this was the most active Micha had been. Mastema grinned back to the boy softly and nodded* Well I know he is capable of walking. He came to me on my way out by doing so. *He chuckled*

*Truthfully Mastema had no idea how Micha had got there. He was simply there when he came out of his trance, and sitting at that*
^__^
Ah, I'm so glad to hear that. Maybe he'll be a little more active around the room with his siblings in the future then.
^^;
Then again, maybe not but I'll encourage him to do so none the less.

Perhaps. As I said, he has to be interested.... something that seems to be difficult in his case. *He looked out the window, fingers resting light on Micha's head*

*Micha eventually lowers his gaze back so that he can see his mother again. He didn't seem to mind Mastema's hand on his head any*
>.>
...so it would seem.
Micha: . . .
*One could only wonder what would happen if in the future, Micha and Kaiori met face to face again. How would they react to eachother? Only time would give those answers*

Hmm.... In any event, I believe he does have a great attachment to you. If he reacts to anything at all, I believe you would be the one *He grinned a little and closed his eyes, drifting to thought*

^^
Well I'd hope so.
*Micha looks at Mastema's knee for a moment, then to the floor by the side of the bed, were he had been before his adventure with Mastema. Nana smiles over to Mastema and decised now is a good a time as any to carry out her train of thought and ask her earlier question*
^__^
They're all growing up so fast. Soon they'll be too big for those cribs and need a room of their own, don't you agree?
