Lyori thought for a moment. She then took his hand and led him back inside up to her room. Once there, she sent a letter to her parents, detailing what had just happened and sent it off. "Now we wait."

Kaitani wrapped his arms around Lyori and smiled.
Meanwhile, the letter found itself in Lyori's mother's hand. Kaida smiled and opened the letter, then gasped dramatically. "Fester! Come read this!"

Fester was awoken from his nap, hearing his wife call him. He came in, wondering what was up that was so important to wake him up. "What is it Kaida, my love?" he asked with a yawn.

Fester had been drinking a glass of water when his wife announced the news, thus making him spit out his water. "W-What?! To who?!"

"To that little ice dragon she met her first day there! His name is Kaitani. Apparently, he's been raised by a couple of inhabitants of the castle. He just proposed!"

Fester coughed a little, making it seem like he was clearing his throat. "My love, take a note. This is to said ice dragon." he said, beginning to verbally write a letter, wanting her to write as he spoke. "I will pass along my blessing to Kaitani and my lovely daughter. And I expect him to take good care of my little girl and provide a suitable home! I don't think they should stay at that castle all their lives."

Kaida wrote the note as Fester spoke, smiling and shaking her head. "Dear, I think you're forgetting the part where you wish them love rather than animosity."

Fester nodded some and held his wife more as she wrote. Such wonderful news. Maybe they should have another child.

Once Kaida was done, she folded the note and sent it off to Lyori with a sigh. "Our little girl, all grown up."

Lyori soon got the letter and handed it to Kaitani. He was the one who proposed. It was probably mostly for him.

Kaida laughed a little, before realizing that Fester was serious. "Oh really, now?"
Kaitani opened the letter and sighed in relief. "Your dad wants me to take good care of you... Provide you a suitable home. Your mom just sends love."
