Amy grinned and shook her head. "No no no! You won't cook after driving all the way down here! I will treat you. I'll be happy to cook whatever you want. And that's good the roads are still pretty nice. This weather is really spotty right now, though. You could be snowed in here for days for all you know..."
A small smile began to appear on her face at that thought. Maybe hopefully the weather would get really bad again before Mitri and Niiki had to leave.... Wow. She never thought she'd ever wish for bad weather.
"So what shall I make for you two fine gentlemen?" She started walking toward the kitchen.
Thistle, meanwhile, was in her castle running back and forth, bouncing off of the cushy walls. Every once in awhile, a squeaking could be heard coming from within the castle, almost like she was talking to someone even though no one was there.

Daniel grinned softly at Jessi as she blushed away.
"I suppose I could look into getting a cheap cell phone. A charge as you go sort of thing. I've seen stuff about them on the internet. Might you have any suggestions?"

Jessi grinned at Daniel. "Well, Amy has a Tracfone. Doesn't always get the best reception, but it's pretty good, and you just pay as you go."

*shakes his head* I'll have to go back no matter what the weather is. I can't take time off. You make whatever you want to, Amy. *grins*
*quietly walks into the room and goes up to the castle. He grins when he hears her squeaking, then suddenly shakes the castle* Thistle!

Amy frowned slightly. "Seriously? That sucks you don't have a boss like Karrie. He doesn't force his workers to come in if the weather's bad. Isn't that awesome of him? He's an amazing boss."
A warm, soft smile appeared on her face as she thought of Karrie and went to the cupboards in the kitchen. After a few moments, she said, "Hmm. How about spaghetti and garlic bread?"
Thistle flattened herself to the floor of the first 'story' of the toy castle when it began to shake. When she heard the familiar voice call out her name, though, she squeaked. Could it really be him?? Could Mitri really be here?!
Thistle quickly ran out of the castle when it stopped shaking. When she saw that it was indeed Mitri there, she almost seemed to turn an even-brighter shade of pink and she ran toward him.
"Mitriiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Leaning back, Daniel glanced at the far wall and out the window.
"Well, that's about it for my place. Unless you want to puruse my collection of books on random subjects."

It was Daniel's turn to feel heated. His grin twitched slightly, but stayed in place.
"Well I did record that last one, since you had reminded me to. Though, as I'm not too familiar with the current trends, I don't know if that would be an appropriate dancing song."

Amy looked a little confused. "Uh, you are still working at the same job, right Niiki?"
Thistle started licking Mitri's face happily and enthusiastically.
