She didn't know what to do, what to say. All she could do was look up at Eaglesoar with wide, pleading eyes. One thing was certain though. No matter what happened, she knew Eaglesoar would always be there for her. She wouldn't be alone in this crisis. He would help her...right?"]
"Eaglesoar..." was the only word to come out of her mouth as she lent up to lick him on the cheek. It was as if she were in a trance, and she looked up at him as she said airily, ""I love you...."

[ Ooh, I hate Newleaf. I mean sure, Sha la la, the prey is out, the looming threat of green cough is retreating, and the chances of freezing to death are coming to a ground breaking all time low. But the time of Newleaf, means the coming of bugs.]
[Oh, oh, oh, I loathe bugs. Everything about them I wish to condemn. Their annoying buzz, where they lay there eggs, the way they enjoy to suck a cats blood in the most unexpected places, how they love to loiter in giant swarms, and how their most talented trait is to fly into the pit of your mouth and choke you. Is their whole purpose in life to make cats miserable? I wouldn't be surprised.]
[ My current position at this time of day was sprawled out under the shade of a large tree that stood just beside the camp. My latest form of communication at this time of day was currently restricted to unhappy moans as I was forced to continuously preen my fur in hopes to cool off. Curse you swamps, and how your humidity has the ability to somehow decimate any cooling the shade could have provided me. I rolled lazily onto my back with my mouth slightly ajar, to look up blearily at the dappled tree branches above me. I bet there were bugs in there right now. Breeding. Ready to make my life miserabl- My eyes suddenly lit up and surprise and I threw myself upright and into a fit of coughing and spitting. A small amount of time past and I took heed to calm down, letting the saliva quickly regenerate itself in my mouth.]
[Sorry, a bug had flown into my mouth. Where had I been? Ah, yes. E. Miserabl with a giant E at the end.]

[He said worriedly as he checked over her again, wanting to be sure that he didn't miss any hidden injuries.]

She had been gone for seasons, but at least she came back to him. As he inspected her up and down for any injuries, she could only look at him fondly. Who knew this day would come? She wanted to tell everyone but keep it a secret at the same time. She wanted to scream in joy and be silent in awe. But she knew if she told anyone they wouldn't believe her... they wouldn't believe "that one sourpuss in the corner" had found someone to love her...to save her from her fear of eternal solitude.]
[She snapped out of it, her mind mostly returning to it's rational, pragmatic state. She blinked once as she looked at Eaglesoar and thought for a moment.]
"Yes. I'm sure I feel fine," she said with a quick nod. She looked at the ground and shuffled her paws nervously as she murmured. "I feel better now that you're here..." ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅

His tail twitched. Where was Hauntedheart? It was getting later! And he still needed poppy seeds! His paw throbbed at the thought, and he bit his lip. It still ached. Not only that, he at least wanted to taste the poppy seeds once more at least.
Rabbitpaw turned on his paws and was about to head back to the medicine cat den when an unfamiliar tabby pelt caught his attention. Eaglesoar was next to her, and they seemed pretty deep in a conversation. The small brown tabby's hackles rose, and he stared hard at the she-cat. He had no recollection of who she was. Was she even apart of NightClan? He growled, half-limping-half-stalking toward the two. He stopped, blinking in confusion as he got a better view of the she-cat. He cleared his throat.]"Er...Eaglesoar? Who's your friend here?" [he asked cautiously, his fur prickling. Yes. He had never seen this cat before. He was positive. It was weird though. If she was a stranger, then firstly, she wouldn't have had the audacity to march into enemy territory alone, and be talking to the second most proud cat in this Clan.]____________________________________________________________________________________________Don't screw with me.....you won't like the result.

Her dark violet eyes peered around at her camp as she landed with a 'thud' on the ground. Her tail twitched in annoyance Why was it that no one seemed to be doing anything? Foxfur was gone, Rabbitpaw was off in the corner of the camp chatting with Eaglesoar....and someone else. Her ears flicked in puzzlement for a moment, but then her heart froze. Was that an intruder?! She hissed. The intruder part didn't surprise her as much as it did that two of her clan members were idly chatting with her! She died a little inside. Where had she went wrong?! For her Clanmates to be chatting up a rogue, she must have did something terrible to cause this! Had she taught them the warrior code wrong? Had she neglected them so much that they decided that the border between being a rogue and being a NightClan member was too thin of a line so they stepped on it, and removed it?
The leader's eyes glistened in the fresh sunlight, and she growled, marching over to the cluster of cats.] "Eaglesoar! Rabbitpaw! What are you doing not notifying me that we have an intru-" [she stopped, blinking in confusion. This she-cat. She seemed familiar. It took a moment for her brain to register, but once it did, she gasped. Was this....Tigerfang?
Lavenderstar blinked, not crying out the she-cat's name. Instead, she turned to Eaglesoar once more.] "Eaglesoar, tell me why I was not notified that we had a missing Clanmate in our presence?" [she meowed in a stern voice. Her tail twitched as she awaited an answer.]

[Eaglesoar gave one of his very rare purrs as he flicked out his tongue, licking Tigerfang on the cheek gently. Just then, someone behind him cleared his throat, asking who his "friend" was. Eaglesoar mentally rolled his eyes as he recognised Rabbitpaw's voice, the annoying and snappy medicine cat apprentice, but didn't snap at him like he would normally have done.]
"This is Tigerfang, she's a warrior of Nightclan."
[He managed to make his tone sound nonchalant, though he couldn't blame the tom. He wasn't even born when Tigerfang disappeared, after all. Before he could say anything else, Lavenderstar marched towards them, blinking in confusion as she recognised Tigerfang, and asking why she wasn't notified. As if it was his fault! She just came in and he had just finished greeting her! However, he would never say that to his leader of course.]
"Sorry Lavenderstar, but I was going to tell you after she's seen Hauntedheart or Rabbitpaw. She...has no memory of ever having left."

After I disappeared...
[She shuddered at the thought of it, but took in a deep quiet breath. She returned herself to normal height, her spine as straight as it could be and her eyes narrowed dangerously. When she saw Lavenderstar, she assumed a stoic face and padded in front of her at a respectful distance.]
I'm sorry for failing you... she thought, half to Eaglesoar, half to Lavenderstar, but all to NightClan .
"You do not know how deeply sorry I am, Lavenderstar," she said stoically, her face burning with shame. "It seems I went out into the forest to rest and...something happened that I cannot quite remember...whatever punishment you give me is right and just...there is no excuse for such an absence...." ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅

She cleared her throat.] "Rabbitpaw, can you go fetch Hauntedheart? She might know what to do," [she meowed.
Rabbitpaw looked up for a moment.] "She went to fetch supplies. We were out of poppy seeds. She never mentioned where specifically she was going," [he replied curtly. Lavenderstar's ears twitched in annoyance. Where had she run off to this time?!
Sighing slightly, the violet-eyed leader looked back at Eaglesoar and Tigerfang.] "Well, it can't be helped. Rabbitpaw most likely doesn't know what to do in this type of situation, so we'll just have to wait for Hauntedheart to get back. For now, can you tell me what remember first?" [she asked. Perhaps they could back-track what she remembered and figure out what exactly happened to her. And she would've woken up if she were hit in the head, wouldn't she? Maybe it was something more sinister...like something done on purpose. But she pushed the thought away, focusing on trying to remember where she was.]
"Well, I was just recovering from my injuries, so I thought I'd train in the forest to strengthen my limbs and such...." she started, averting her narrowed green eyes to the ground. "After a while, my chest started to hurt slightly, so I thought I'd take a rest...all I can remember is dozing off for what I thought was a couple hours and came back here as soon as I woke up...." ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅
