[Galestar blinked warmly at Shadow and Snowcherry, inspecting the kits.]
"They're beautiful," he siad to Pebbleheart with kind eyes.
[He watched the kits squirm around, and his heart felt light and wonderful. Though it seemed like an extremely painful process, the look on Snowcherry's face when she saw her kits seemed to melt away the pain. He blinked and watched the kits explore their new world, and he felt his heart blossom with love for the new members of his Clan.
He bent down and licked each kit once on the head.]
"Welcome to BreezeClan, little ones," he purred lovingly.
[He leaned back and glanced over at Frostclaw, remembering what his mother had asked him. The thought made his heart jump, and he looked away from her quickly.
I wonder if we'll ever have kits, he wondered. The thought made him giddy, but he held himself together. Can't have the leader getting wonky over the thought of its, 'snot proper, he thought to himself.
However, he felt an even deeper wave of love for his mate. Whether or not they would ever have kits, he still loved her very much. And that would never change. He padded over to her, a deep purr in his throat, and licked her cheek, gazing at her with respect.]
"Seems like a strange process," he commented, blinking at Snowcherry. "I find it strikingly beautiful when a mother sees her children for the first time.".] _____________________________...and melt in the w i n d ?

Yesh Gray u can have the she-kit <3 A cream colored she-kit with green
eyes <3 Pay the mule!))[I laughed a bit as a felt a purr rumble in my throat,
my eyes glittered with love and motherly protection as I mewed softly to
Galestar and Shadow.] "Yes.. thankyou Shadow dear... oh Galestar
thankyou for helping me...Ice has her paws full.... that is very kind to
hear... birth is a beautiful thing." [A small sweet laugh was heard on the
wind ((Aurora)) for her to hear...an extra hand to help.... I tilted my head to
hear the words say "Good luck young queen." It seemed to fade
away quickly...a black butterfly fluttered near Galestar strangely.]
"Siegekit! Play nice with the newborns.. they shouldn't be playing with
you older ones so fast...they are so young." [I nudged Trapkit softly,
making sure he knew he was protected.] "Firekit is a cute one.... I hope
I come up with some names for little she-kit over here and the one that
looks like you Shadow." ♥_____________________________♥ ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ Snow is falling quietly, falling oh so silently, till it touches you so cold. Now you aren't so very bold...

[Frostclaw watched the the kits stumble around, trying to find their balance and voices. She couldn't remember a time when she had been that dependent on someone. She had always lived for herself. Though now with Galestar, she had learned to take comfort in his presence and rely on him. Just as her thoughts turned to her mate, Galestar padded toward her. She responded to his lick with a purr of her own.
"It is beautiful. But the beauty seems to fade away when they open their eyes and become to curious for their own good..." she said, thinking back to when Shadekit had escaped the came with others his age.
[Frostclaw sighed heavily. The thought of having kits was overwhelming, now more so then ever with all the new births. It would distract her from her duties and force her to completely stop her normal activities for a time. that would mean one less warrior protecting the came and who knows how many more kits to take care of. Though the love Galestar had for kits and the look in his eyes when he had looked over. Even Avalon seemed eager for her to bare kits.]

[Galestar nodded to Snowcherry, then tilted his head at Frostclaw and chuckled, wrapping his tail around her body.]
"Oh, my love," he said in an amused tone, "You were like that once, not long ago. Besides, nobody ever said you had to have kits."
[His eyes twinkled, and he felt his heart swell in love.]
"I love you just as you are. If you don't want to have kits, then I will respect your decision."
[He purred and began to groom her neck, sharing tongues with his mate with ease. Her soft pelt felt comforting to his tongue, and her scet filled his senses. He felt happy being with her, and that was all that mattered. Her happiness was shared with him; he could never bear to see her upset. So he cherished her, just as the cats before him had loved their mates, and it felt as if the world was at peace, at least for a few moments, when he was with her. All his worries melted away....and all was well in his heart.] _____________________________...and melt in the w i n d ?

((Awww! I cannot fathom how adorable that post was. =3 ))
[Frostclaw looked down slightly. That comment lifted some weight from her shoulders but in turn set a small fire of guilt in her mind. Though that would be a thought for a later time. The camp had plenty of kits and would have their paws full. If Frostclaw was going to have kits, she would wait until the kits were apprenticed.]
"Thank you Galestar." she said, almost a whisper.
[A cold breeze flew through her pelt and a shiver made it's way through her body. Leafebare, the relentless season where prey would go into hiding was defiantly upon them. She pressed herself a fraction harder against her mate, trying her hardest to keep herself and him warm.]

[Galestar purred, flicking his ears in acknowledgement of what her thanks. He felt her shiver and pressed himself closer to her, sharing is warmth. Being a short-hair, he could get very cold during the chilly leafbare. The moors did not provide ample protection from the chilly winds. However, after living in the windy BreezeClan for so long, he had a certain endurance for chilly gales. These were just a bit colder.
He sat on his haunches, matching her stance,and huddled closer to her. He then flopped on his side and wrapped his arm around her, hugging her close. His eyes were narrowed in content and his tail flopped about as he snuggled to his mate.]
((Galestar is my perfect man, OTL. Men should be more like him. >:C
Only problem is he's a bit ignorant at times. Hurrrr. |D )) _____________________________...and melt in the w i n d ?

[Frostclaw felt an arm around her when Galestar laid himself on the ground. She felt herself following suit and laying close to him. She turned her head and buried her muzzle in his chest hair, breathing in his sweet scent. That alone sent waves of warmth through her. Long ago she would have scoffed at other cats with mates. She would have said they let themselves become weak, but now she understood what it was like to love. To be willing to give her life for her significant other.]
"Have I ever told you how much I love you?" she murmured through his fur.

[Snuggling his head and resting it on her chin, Galestar purred even louder. It was obvious they'd be spending the night in the nursery; with the new kits and all, it was probably for the best to be on guard with the weakened queens and kittens. However, he also didn't want to move. Two very big and important reasons to stay.
When she spoke, he felt surprise, and then deep affection washed over him.]
"Once or twice," he purred casually, amusement twinkling in his eyes, though she couldn't see that.
[He closed his eyes, breathing her sharp scent and feeling the wind on his back. He wished every moment could be like this. He let out a content sigh, feeling his worries wash away.]

I was given a second chance I'm not sure I deserved.
[I grinned at Shadekit as he turned and walked away, happy to have my friend back, but as soon as I heard his last sentence about Valorkit, my grin disappeared, a deep frown replacing it. Valorkit. Valorkit. Ugh! They obviously grew closer when they went on that adventure! She must be eliminated! I gouged my sharp little claws into the hard earth, my calico tail swishing back and forth angrily. What was so special about Valorkit anyways? Would he come check on me and make sure I was okay?
Probably not. A small voice meowed.
It was that voice again! It had been silent for a little while when I was sad and lonely, but now that I was happy again, it seemed to be returning. I shrugged my small shoulders and sat down again, unsure of what to do]
