Lament_of_the_lonely Shall we timeskip now? I'm tired of waiting.... since that was totally ignored...Also Kumo...if the friggin technique says it's flexible ice, its flexible ice! Ever wonder how the hell someone shoots a fireball out of their mouth the size of a building? Or even controls ice in the first place? It's called IMAGINATION!

Hinote Tosatsu Chuck Norris can GTFO the internet. He's good, yes, but the jokes are just way too annoying. Plus, the old spice guy would kick his a**. I agree, but you know who would own him?

Lament_of_the_lonely DUN RUSH ME!....playing black ops scream scream scream That's the same excuse Mistah gives me for not being more active... ~ Kumo, you have gone from preaching how indestructible your techniques are, to trying to show us how useless they are. You've gone from treating them like steel, to treating them like glass. They are neither. They are ICE. Ice is the solid form of water. It's easily broken, yes, but it does not shatter from the slightest impact. You need to read over all of the techniques again, and just think of it as ice rather than steel or glass. The ice sphere is in fact much like the water prison. It is a ball, and it traps someone inside. Considering it says that if the person doesn't get busted out fast enough, they will suffocate, I'd say it does in fact do basically the same thing. Have you ever seen how venom is removed from a snakebite? They make a small incision over the bite, and suck it out. This is basically the same thing. You make a small incision, pour water on it, the water goes inside, collects the poison, and comes back out. It only freezes after it's outside of the wound, so it's not like you're ripping a massive hunk of ice out of your skin. How do you get flexible ice? I shall answer with an answer someone else, I can't remember who, maybe Cobra, came up with. NINJA MAGIC. Don't think about HOW it works. It WORKS. It's in the jutsu description. That makes it fact. And once again, I don't care who you have standing there, or what weapon they have. A giant block of ice is not going to simply shatter. Break hunks off yes, shatter, no. ~ @Jade: Hell yes. I'm sick of waiting too! But, you should make a new tower thread first, to be used after the time skip. @Kay: God. That's about it.

@Jade Are all of the repairs done? If not, Tell Karo to go do them and he will.
@Kumo Dude. Have you ever broken a 100 cubic feet chunk of ice? IT'S NOT EASY. It would take the strength of a Taijutsu specialist. And as for using it - DROP THE THING FROM ABOVE THEM.

You are the one that compared it to Glass Hinote, So I'm going off what you spoke of.
Honestly I'm growing bored of this conversation and I'm not even caring about what the jutsus do or do not do, Just the fact that I'm not learning any of them, And I probably won't for a while. Like I said, I'm learning Hidden mist jutsu from Kirigakure before I learn any of my Hyouton jutsu.

The only ice jutsu the hidden mist technique will help you with are ones like Haku used to make senbon in midair. And that jutsu isn't even in this guild for some reason. You're not going to be able to make giant hunks of ice out of mist, no matter how much you want to.

Actually Hinote, on the Snakebite thing, thats one of the most dangerous and unreliable ways to get snakebite poison out of your system. To do it properly, you first need to get the bitten area as low to the ground as possible, to make the blood carrying the poison take a longer time to reach the heart. Apply pressure to the veins, to stem bloodflow. If an incision MUST be made, it should be made farther away from the bite, and should NEVER, EVER be sucked out.
Sorry for the rant. Boy Scout instincts kicked in.

Lament_of_the_lonely *snickers* greg as a boy scout is a funny picture! Eagle Scout, to be more precise. And HEY! How is that funny? @Ronnel: as much as I feel like you deserve it, we just cannot have genin who havent learned anything jutsu and combat-wise. Learn some Nin/gen/taijutsu, then go back. Just learn stage one of your taijutsu, and a few nin or genjutsu, or one or two of each.

Nothing, I'd just come over, ask, and then leave if I got turned down. No big deal. I just don't see how a different village gets the Hidden mist jutsu. I mean I get it, but wouldn't Mist guard it better than that?
