Bakura bent down, scooping Femi up. He felt guilty all of a sudden, for leaving them ehre. "Hey, we're going to go home now. To your real home, in the oasis. Won't that be nice?"

Femi nodded and nuzzled into her fathers neck "I missed joo.." She said clinging tightly to him. Rei had scooped up kek and was nuzzling him.

"Good idea." Bakura nodded, and headed out of the nursery. He frowned slightly when he saw a brief flash of brown in the corner of his eye, but it must have been someone going around the corner. "I'm sure we can get horses in the stables."

"Not really, kid." Bakura said to assure Kek. They reached the stables, and the stable boy looked like he was about to protest, but didn't. They had all slowly gotten used to Bakura's family. Bakura moved to a horse and helped Femi get up.

Rei helped kek up onto a black horse before getting up on the stallion herself.

Bakura got onto his horse and watched in some amusement as the servant boy opened up the stable doors for them. He didn't know how to react, so he just rode out, and past the palace gates.

Rei followed bakura out of the palace gates. Kek was looking around.

Bakura was glad that he had cleaned Mariku's body out of the house shortly after killing the b*****d. It would have been terrible if he had left it in there, cooking in the heat for months.
