"We will rest here for the night, but do not try to leave my mate, for if you try I will break both your legs, then you have no choice but to stay." He dropped her limp body to the ground and she groaned as she made contact with the hard earth. It to took almost all her energy just to lean up and spit at him, but as she fell back she knew it was worth it. Renku crossed the clearing and leaned back against a tree, the only way to notice him was the gleams of his yellow eyes as he stared at her.
Kuro bared her teeth at him in a snarl, then scrambled her way as far as possible out of his reach. Leaning back on a knarled tree trunk, she breathed heavily. She had lost alot of blood, it was affecting her senses and her power. She eye'd him coldly, already formulating a plan of escape. She really needed a distraction right now.

"No name would generally be a hinderance to introductions," Heswina giggled sweetly as she herself knelt gracefully by the fire. Cool wind made the embers flicker into the skies and the warmth of the flames fled as the winter's gust made themselves known. If Heswina even felt the lack of heat, the cool chill against the woolens of her shift, she gave no show of it what so ever. "Arrogance then? Well, now this proves quite the coincidence then." Tapping her chin thoughtfully, the fire playing shadows across her smooth skin, Heswina turned her attention back to Arrogance. "Oh it's no matters, I'm sure my son won't be out and about any time soon. You see I too have a young son by the name of Arrogance, quite a strange coincidence indeed."
Nodding her head she glanced over to the still standing Archer, poised onthe balls of his feet he looked ready to spring and kill with those twin blades on her waist. For a fraction of a moment Heswina's eyes rested on her companion, which was all it apparently needed. Without a word or hint of action the man, it certainly appeared a man, turned on his heel to kneel beside Heswina. Taking the pair of fish, spiked on sticks sharpened at an angle over the fire, Archer handed Heswina the larger of the two, it was her catch after all, and sat beside her before the fire to eat it's supper. "Please, you'll give me a crink in my neck stareing up at you," She giggled in a friendly manner, a jest ment earnestly since she was starting to sore t the base of her neck, "Sit and warm yourself by the flames. He won't be a bother, I promise you that." And with that her words were binding. No one who spoke as Aes Sedai could speak a word that was false.
A kindly woman Heswina gave the impression of nobility born despite her plain garb of wool and meager helpings of a camp site. Her skin was still a fair ivory complexion despite the barest hint of a tan, or the failing residue of a tan, and her hair a golden sheen that seemed to glow against the fire's illumination. She also radiated, alongside her noble haughtiness and motherly kindness, powerful magics. Psychic energies abound, powerful was quite the understatement, arcane auras, and something else. Something dark and foreboding that made the skin crawl and the flesh writher. It wasn't a solid feel, it wavered from there on minute to gone the next, and it was hazy as if it weren't completely there, or it was trying to be there but was refused acknowledgement by Heswina herself.

Arrogance grins merrily and gives Heswina another lightning fast sweeping bow before approaching the fire. He contemplates the ground for a moment and you have the distinct impression of a very large dog wanting to circle before choosing the perfect spot to rest. But he resists, and sets himself down gracefully. Folding would likely be a better word, as the long limbs and lanky body seem to collapse inwards until he seems a more rational size perched in lotus position by the blaze.
A little too close actually, at any moment one could expect his eyebrows to singe at this distance. But Arrogance is unfazed.
"My most gracious thanks Lady Heswina!"
He blinks, then scrutinizes her closely. Its a look that might send Archer to his feet once more and his hands to his blades, the curious inspection of a friendly mutt replaced by the laser focus of a raptor on the wing.
"My apologies, unless I am mistaken... Heswina Sedai?"

Though any other moment Archer would have, as Arrogance predicted, been on razors edge and ready to bout and dance in an instance, but as Heswina's word was binding the warder's bond confered complete obedience, but from the way Archer's cape hung down his body as still as the death of night itself, completely unphased by the wind that danced the flame's to it's merry tune of potential ice and snow.
"Once but no more, Heswina will suffice good ser." Waving the title away, she really no longer deserved that stature anymore. Once a blue turned black Heswina was no true Aes Sedai, not since the day her first warder had been taken so suddenly by a lurk's blade. Not since that day thirteen circled her and forced her to their bidding. Oh but her story was so much more complicated then that, spanning countless years in countless dimensions where one day she was a great lady on a seat of power and the next a filthy sell sword who fought for the highest bidder. She was a blue, turned black, turned green, turned black, turned sell sword, turned samurai, turned knight, turned archer, turned psychic. She was everything and nothing her travels had forged her into.
Suddenly Archer seemed a lot less dangerous when compared to Heswina. A wolf, as they said back when she first 'bonded' Archer, leashed to a house cat by a line of thread, but the roles have suddenly been reversed. A wolf pup leashed to a snarling lion biteing and lashing at it's iron bars holding it in check.
Taking a small bite of her fish, the faint crunch of the charred meat lost against the crackling of flames, Heswina ate at her lessiure. When her first bite had found it's way down her throat, Archer well into his fourth or fifth by then, Heswina glanced over and Archer bound to his feet towards the saddle bags. Within Heswina stored a skin of wine, it wasn't every day she had company out in the middle of no where. With a second bite Heswina waited for Archer to set down a small cut, tin of make and slightly dented from harsh travel but it sufficed, infront of her and watched as he made his way over towards Arrogance to set one afront of him as well. With a stream of red, not to bother asking if he wanted wine or not, Archer filled his cup and proceeded to do the same with Heswina's.
"Now tell me, good ser." She inclined politely with her third bite well on it's way down, "And forgive me if I seem rude in my endevor of knowledge. But pray tell, what is it I might be seeing you as? I've never met another with your, well let's say odd, charateristics." As polite as any dipolmat could have stated a potentially offensive question. Though offense may be taken all the same Heswina's promise of peace of Archer would not hold should this thing, Arrogance, pose a danger to his mistress.

((I'm at school and taking a break between finals, so please forgive me for not breaking out the thesaurus when I write Arrogance's lines. ^^ wink )
"Why, you see me as I wish to be seen!"
In the blink of an eye Arrogance's features shift, becoming a mirror of Heswina. Another facial rearranging and he becomes Archer, then Tom Cruise, Beethoven, and Kim Jong Il in rapid succession. He grins and shifts back to his original haughty, sharply pointed face.
"Now perhaps a lack of name becomes clear! For you see, nor do I have shape!"
He grins some more, removing strips of what looks like jerky from the pockets of his shirt. After a few bites his continues, swallowing a word or two in.
"I have taken a liking to this form however! It suits me best!"

Struggling as she pulled herself out of the crater, she groans as she grinds her teeth against her lips, down onto a bite, as she tired to move her broken wings. her wings shivered as she tried to force them open, Blood stained the pureity of the white colored feathers, as deep gashed were cut through serveral parts of her wings. Hugging her chest gently covering her bare chest, with her hands she wasn't sure on where she was, nor where to go, or what language was spoken. She sighed softly as she just took serveral steps away from the crater and sta on the gound, pulling her wings around her for a bit of coverage, as she pondered of her next move. She was condemned of a life on a planet, her memory of being a general of heaven's army gone, she was left with nothing but her name, Csukas.

"A shape shifter then?" She murmured curiously, the sudden look on her face was one of curiousity barely kept in check. She'd always wondered the cellular structure of such beings, how the managed to keep their forms for as long as they did without forgetting how to shift or their bodies refusing to shift or a thousand other thing! What she wanted, right now, was to klonk Arrogance upside the head and drag him back to the Silvery Citadel where the kindly Lord Choon had provided her with ample supplies to do such experiements. Deep in the library Heswina spent so many nights locked away, studying her books, after the first month and a half she definately considered them her books after she managed to chase all others but the librarian and the lord himself away.
Her eyes cast a titled look as if she was debating whether or not she did actually want to cut this one open, because, in theory, a shape shifter could take a wound and shape shift said wound away, only none she'd ever seen could do that or none ever thought too. A most peculiar creatures, these shape shifters. "Pardon me for asking such a favor, but would you kindly refrain for changing yourself before my presence? It makes me uneasey to see two of my sweet Archers before me and knowing only one." Tapping her head she refered the the knot, the bundle of emotions and sensation inside her head that pulsed and throbbed with the solem guardian's feelings. His feet were sore, she knew, and he was battling the urge to draw blade at this thing that mirrored himself. "And I fear it makes Archer upset." She added with a polite nod, taking another bite of fish and washing it down with sips of her wine. The water for the tea was at a boil, but Heswina added no leaves to it's mix. Who wanted tea when the smooth taste of fruit wine was at hand? Telekinetic hands reached into the fire, dancing flames licked against the invisible touch as Heswina lifted the kettle from the heat and placed it aside. The water would cool and still remain warm enough for a quick wash of hands and face before bed.
In an attempt to make conversaion Heswina smiled and asked, "What, pray tell, brings you to the realm of the Black Company? I've traveled these lands for long stretches of time, with long breaks between, and I have never met one of your likes."

The man hurried onwards, rustling through brushes and branches towards the newly formed crater. He'd no idea the resident that had just emerged from it, even as he broke out of the treeline into a small clearing. There the man stood, glancing over to the charred earth, huffing in a few breaths. Dark-haired and emerald-eyed, the young man stared in disbelief at the sight. He was of course in his casual suit, his slightly buzzed state apparent by his dishevelled dress.
Must;ve just brken away from a wedding of some sort.

Csu heard the man behind her, She turned her head and side glanced the man as her wings covered her naked Body, Smoke from the smaller fires around surrounded her, She didnt speak as she studied the man, her light Eyes moved away as she ignored the man, and tried once again to stand, but as her last attempt she fail and fell back down, her wings full of blood shivered as she fell the oain from them being broken was terrible to bare.

Blinking a couple of times, the young man casually glanced over her hidden form. Wings, she had wings, wow. It was something he hadn't expected, not that he expected anyone to stand wreathed in flames having fallen from the sky, but that was besides the point. Stumbling forward, weaving back and forth, his shoes crunched through barren blasted ground. Shrugging his simple black coat from his shoulders sloppily, he moved towards her, holding it out as if to drape it over her shoulders.

Hearing the crumbling ground from his stepping, she shrugged softly as if to lift her wings, but it was a failed attempt. She turned to glance at him seeing the coat, she first coiled back a bit, as she wrapped her arms around herself, she glanced at the man questioning him, She opened her mouth in attempt to speak but nothing came out, but slurring, she stopped and looked puzzled as if what was the noise from her mouth.

He frowned slightly at her response, unsure of wha to do. She of course needed to be covered, but at what cost? Surely placing the coat over her shoulders would further hurt her wings. Thinking to himself for a moment, he shrugged and reached into his pocket. There he found a shotglass, and pulled it out. A quick movement smashed it on a nearby small rock, producing a sharp edge which he gathered and made use of. Cutting two long strips into the back of his coat, he effectively made room for her wings. The cloth would rest on the sides and between them, only touching them slightly. Smiling to her he stepped forwards to drape the coat over her, taking some iniative despite her careful nature.

She glanced at him seeing what he had done to the coat, she sighed as she glanced back to her broken wings, She frowned slighty as she pointed to the shot glass, and how it was sharp enough to cut through the coat.

He blinked a few times before looking back and forth from her damaged wings to the glass in hand. His eyes then widened, as terrible thoughts crossed his mind. Surely she couldn't expect him to try and cut her wings off. Shaking his head to tell her no, he simply dropped to his knees beside her, glancing up to her. There he gently shook his head again, still refraining from speaking for now.

She knew what he meant by shaking his head, She narrowed her gaze at him as he knelt beside her. She glanced back at her wings, as she groaned, when she tempted to lift her wings once again, They shivered a bit as they lifted off the ground a bit and not long before a loud snap was heard from one, She yelled in pain as they fell limp once again, blood free flowed from them from her moving them so much, Her eyes watered up as she glanced at him It was clear she was in terrible pain.
