ahhhh. sounds very similar to my own status, except that I got out of the bitching by getting good enough grades that I soundly beat out all of my step and blood siblings in getting to a good college. I only get "suggestions" about trying to be more normal. but, since I'm obviously successful despite my abnormalities, they can't be pushier.

oh dear. guess that didn't help much. the whole point of that was I got sick of the pressure and found my way out of it. so did my older brother and my stepsister, neither of whom went to college at all, but found other escapes.
and no, I don't feel like dying right now. stare I left my suicidal tendencies when one of my friends almost succeeded.

they both moved out and got jobs. being away from one's family can do wonders for one's happiness. yes. yes it can. much as I love them.
*ponders* how about temporary death? does sleep count? as far as just randomly dying permanently, I don't know how to manage that. it'll happen eventually I suppose. *falls asleep*

My solution was more along the lines of me becoming dead.... that way I would not have to every worry about being bothered by anyone ever again
