"The gods never die, silly. We always make new ones, whoa re in essence the same gods. Thus, they live." She waggled her fingers. "OO, how mysticle I am being." She laughed.
"My goodness, a "Step through and meet the captain" turns out to be a good long treck." She stepped into the next chamber, enjoying ehrself, as she awlays did. Except for that Rake guy, he had pised her off sommut good. "Rydia, I am Naga the Serpent. Take me to Warhammer."

Hmm...she watched him again. Looking for an Illithid. She wasn't feeling any miraculous recovery but she dind't feel as bad as she had before either. She wasn't quite so near passing out and when she looked she saw that her cuts were beginning to close up. The bleeding had certainly been stemmed which was a good thing and she was no longer in pain. So the burning vial had done some good. She considered it for a few seconds and then said truthfully, "I was out wandering and I happened to get myself into a spot of trouble. But I took care of it although the second time I didn't come out unscathed."

Rydia had been sitting quitely on a comfortable chair when Naga broke the silence, she stood up and merely nodded. Waving a hand over a wall, another portal was opened. She walked through it without saying a word.
((EDIT))
The drow could not help but smile, "You should be more careful, or at least equip yourself more efficiently." He looked about the forest, underground trees were not exactly the same as surface dwelling ones, but they at least provided timber. "Staying with a blue skinned rat?"

Her shoulders slumped. "I hope this is worth my time. I Naga the Serpent, has time. I do, Naga's time is precious time. Naga, Naga, Naga, has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? Wont' anybody call me by my name, i wonder?" She followed, ocne again, through the portal, and to the other side.

The courtyard was empty, save for the one humaniod ten foot tall monster that was belovingly called Warhammer. "Welcome to Stonekeep, Naga the Serpet of the Dark Seraphim, Pirate and Sorceress." The gruff voice said with a very erie calm that could charm the most fragile of hearts. "I am Warhammer, Slave of the Captain."

She glanced over at Malik and shook her head, "I'm not what you might call a conventional Drow. But he and I merely exist in the same area. We are not with each other nor can we stand each other. We tolerate each other and that's all that can be said on that subject. He's a pompous and overbearing Tier'Dal. I subscribe to some of the original Drow ideals, especially Llothian ones and he doesn't. Therefore there is conflict." She relaxed her stance a bit and moved her hands away from her daggers. "I dont' believe I caught your name."

She put a hand to her breast. "Oh thank goodness. I was beggining to think that maybe I wasn't Naga the Serpent, the most wonderful Captain of the Dark and Glorious Seraphin, renowned Pirate and gifted Sorceress." She laughed.
She looked around a moemnt. "Hello Warhammer, large and cute minotaur slave of the Captian. When do I get to meet this guy? I can't say I've heard a lot about him, but everyone seems to like him, and I was invited to seem him although I havn't just yet." She laughed again.

"You may call me Kimmuriel, as we share a common Drow ancestor. You may have heard of the legendary Captain Tarathiel, the name Malik knows me by, and one he shouts far too often since I sent an illusion to his dinner table. Fooled even his big cats into thinking that I was there." The drow chuckled, "If you are a thorn in his comfortable life, I shall make a note to come to your aid more frequently."
Warhammer adjusted his stance, his ten foot frame creaking the ground. "The Captain has decided to test one of his new trinkets on an Illithid we uncovered plotting in the region. The soldier who found you was not wrong in sending you here, but allow me to entertain you while we await the esteemed return of our gracious captain." The minotaur mentioned towards a smoothed rock near him. "If you would wish to be seated?"

She smiled, "Kimmuriel. Sounds good to me." Then she chuckled, "You're the one he's forever ranting about. If he realized it was you he'd probably be over here yelling and screaming and ranting as he does so often." She couldn't help but think of the irony of it all. Malik had come out to find her and drag her back and she'd brought him straight to the one he wanted to see more than anything else and he wasn't even paying enough attention to realize who he was. Oh irony indeed. "Well as a fellow thorn I'd certainly appreciate that."

She sighed. "An Illithid? I'd sure like to get my hands on one fo them, without them being able to get their minds on me. Just to see what they're plotting." She hopped up on the smoothed stone, scimpy clothing making things bouncy and sway. She laughed. "I have my cre out in that city over there. i hope this won't take too long. They might start eating without me."

"As far as he can tell, you are talking to yourself from hyper-blood loss." The drow winked, "The magic of our people is far greater than the magic of his own, lesser drow species." Kimmuriel turned his head to either side of him causiously. "Be weary on journey back to the Fortress, the Mind Flayer seems to have taken a liking to it."
"The Captain is a very impatient man, and will deal with the Illithid with the most haste he can manage, but he is also distracted with the ease of a child." Warhammer said with his gentle voice, "If they dine before you are to be returned, then I assure you, you will not go hungry."

"I know the feeling. I was runnign errands after all, when a soldier distracted me." she shrugged. "There is lots off food, and the spoils were slim. This Naga willl not complain if she misses out." She swung her legs, actually turnign one around and lookign at her calf, as if lickign the way she looked. "So who is this captain I keep hearing but not hearing about?"

"The most dangereous swordsman that ever set foot on a boat. Most loyal crew would offer that, but I have never seen someone so wreakless and successful in my life. He is called the Son of Lloth by both his friends and his enemies, but the history of that affair I am not overly certain about. He currently uses one of Salmander's ships, the Whip." Warhammer told her basic information that you could learn from listening to any sailors' chatter in Salmander's Watch.

She suden;y sat up straight, he eyes going wide, her hands to her lips. "K-Kimmuriel? Tarathiel? The Son of Lloth!" She sounded utterly exstatic. She jumped up on the rock, excited. "I've found him! Oh finally, after all this usless tracking and searching and gettign distracted I finally get to meet him!" She laughed, then giggled. She put a hand on warhammer's shoulder, flames in her eyes. "You're not pulling my leg are you? because if you are..." she shook her fist.

"You are familiar with the legend that is my Captain." Warhammer said with some degree of affection, "Which stories have you heard?"
