The only thing the new kit misses is the Cadian heavy weapon crew sprue, which is a shame as it is such a nice addition. Armorcast, while a shitty quality, has some great resin weapons, such as this howitzer that could stand in for a Griffon mortar: Completely unrelated: And an alternative for the Chimera, pity about those ball turrets though:

I guess with plasticard, a suitable chassis and a mortar it shouldn't be too hard to build some Griffons. A Chimera does come with the required parts for a Basilisk. *ponders*

Well, Griffon is cheap, accurate (re-rolls for scatter - sweet!) and packs enough punch to force into cover anything not in power armor... a pair of them can ruin a day for Eldar or Tau troops. Most importantly you can sit it behid building, hill, or other tanks and lob happily shells over them!

Remembering older pictures you've shown I've got to say that those Elysian arms look out of place on those Krieg guardsmen.

Yeah, got them from thetrolltrader on eBay, since it was easier than getting them shipped from Poland. Or, it would've been without Royal Mail hi-jinx.

That's one creepy-a** dog you can trust with your minis. I trust my dog with my face, but not with my minis. I often don't even trust myself with my minis. WHY IS YOUR DOG JUST LYING THERE?
