Yeah but the cases when people aren't given scores is normally because they didn't post enough if at all in the first place. The only time that really doesn't apply for this round is with James, and even then didn't some of the judges still give scores/comments anyway?
I'm just saying since the round hasn't started and there is a pool of losers, and this is the quarter finals, the first person who should be allowed to fill the missing spot should be the one with the highest score for the round.
That's just my take on it though.
