x-cupids arrow-x Sammy would have yelped if she had the ability to, but the cut on her neck prevented her vocal chords from doing much. She leapt backward, clasping the torn skin of her neck and feeling the warm blood begin to seep through her fingers. When the liquid touched her skin, a grin came to her face. "So now I'm the victim... I refuse to be the weakling!" she roared, releasing a Discharge in hopes of paralyzing Dark as well as harming him. Admittedly she had no attacks that were powerful against him, but luckily her type wasn't weak to much, either. Dark was hit and paralyzed. If Sammy has a plan she better use it soon. The moment Dark moves is the moment he rushes in for the kill. "You would abandon us for some stupid domination scheme?"Dark cackles. "Being on this team I thought you'd have learned how stupid such an ideal was. Here I thought you were smarter than that."

"Adam, quick!" Ginjic ried as he grabbed the boy, shielding him and himself with a pillar of earth. "I really do hate electricity, such a fickle foe." he muttered to himself before turning to Adam. "Now, mind telling me why they're fighting?"

Adam had attempted to push Sammy out of the way of the attack, though not fast enough. "Godamnit Dark, This isn't helping!" He would've just hovered into the air to avoid the discharge, but Ginji's help was also appreciated. "Sammy wants to... leave and do her own thing, and Dark wants to- Nevermind, just stop them!" he didn't particularly want to say he thought Dark would win, but he did.

"World domination is not my plan. I'm offended you would think so little of me, Dark," she chuckled, the blood streaming down her neck and shoulder clearly visible even in the darkness. "No, a world cleansing is more the term. All evil taken away, any who oppose me diminished. A Utopian society where peace rules and all who committ a crime are dead as they stand. Does it not sound ideal?" she asked, quickly limping over to the teleporter. She stopped, though, when Adam told her to stop. "Adam, are you not going to come with me?" she asked. For the moment, she did not want to fight Dark. No, she would face him when she became stronger. Which she would for sure.

For the moment, she did not want to fight Dark. No, she would face him when she became stronger. Which she would for sure. Dark was now laughing, nearly hysterical. "It would sound better if I was at the top, not you."He found the idea so ridiculous he didn't know where to start picking it apart. The paralysis effect fades and Dark lunges towards her at top speed, ready to capture her in a Crunch attack. He would lock his jaw in her shoulder and snap her neck.

Adam shook his head, jumping over to Sammy. She needed medical attention, and he wasn't about to let her go out on her own in this state, He briefly entertained the idea of using his dagger to knock her out, but that might not even work. "Yea of-" He pushed her through the teleporter as Dark attacked, swinging the blunt side of his sword into the hybrid's face. "I'll... try and keep her safe." Adam reassured, dropping back through the teleporter, pretty sure he'd sprained a wrist from the impact of the hybrid's attack.

Sammy had been prepared to use another electric attack and was shocked (bad pun...) when Adam pushed her through to the other side, and she was soon on the beach. An approving smile crossed her face and her eyes wondered over Adam. "Thank you. It's obvious that we'll make a fine team," she laughed darkly, clapping his shoulder. She released Vixen hurridly. "But there's no time to waste; he may attempt to f-follow us..." she muttered, stumbling over her words as the force of her wounds came to her. The pain just made her blood pump even more, though. Perhaps that's what made her differen; the more pain she felt, the more inclined she felt towards her dreams. She hopped on to the pokemon (although the bird highly protested what was going on) and took off at top speed, assuming that Adam was following.

Ginji stared at Adam and Sammy. Actually, more like where they once were. He then turned to Dark. "So...mind explaining everything now?" he asked as he saw a bird fly off from the beach.

Dark's fangs fall down hard onto the sword, digging into the blade slightly. He glares at Adam with a look that was purely primal. After a few seconds his pupils returned to normal, as did the rest of his features. He regained a dignified pose and sighs. "You better keep her safe. If I have to kill her, you'll go with her." He growls, lighting up a cigarette. "Of course I have to fall for a crazy girl. Nothing has ever been easy for me," He wanders over to the couch and plops down on it, doing his best to stop himself from chasing the two.

Adam snapped with his good hand as Sammy left. He'd been half-hoping she would bleed into unconscienceness and be able to be taken down to the infirmary. His other hand was definatly sprained, then again, Dark did have a hard head. "Fine team like Bonnie and Clyde... death in hail of gunfire and all..." He muttered as he took off after her. He glanced at the marks in the metal left by Dark, sighing.

Sammy yawned a bit, looking over to Adam. "I'm going to take a nap while we're flying... If ya... don't mind..." she muttered, drifting away into a heavy sleep. Vixen, as soon as he was sure he could, turned around and began circling the island. This was his home, and it wasn't natural for him to be leaving with the knowledge that he wouldn't return. He gave a questioning look to Adam, as if asking what he should do.

Dark plays with the gold Pokeball around his neck. He wasn't worried if he killed Sammy. He could just bring her back.

"Tis going to be a fun future." Ginji smiled wryly as he picked up Larvitar and placed the green thing on his shoulders. "Well, I'm going to bed. Night Darky." he said as he walked towards his room, Larvitar covering his eyes as he walked up the stairs and down the hallway, causing Ginji to bump into a variety of objects.

Adam looked over at the Bird, spotting Sammy sleeping. "...Sammy? you awake?" He almost flew closer and poked her, but decided against it. "Vixen, take us back down..." The two landed on the cliff above Aquos.
Psychologically speaking, him taking her back into HQ might be considered as 'betrayal' to the hybrid, and that could drive her further down these crazy train-tracks she was on. He ripped of a sleeve from his shirt, making a... well, he didn't really know, but he hoped it would stop her from bleeding out.
