It's not the crew, its the people they ban. If fenrir need to stop "Godmodding" then teach him to stop. I'm not saying to threaten him, What I'm saying is just to give him warnings when you feel that something is unfair. Don't wait till the end of the fight to talk.

Honestly
We shouldn't leave because of the crew, rather talk to our friends or something, even talk to other crew. To me, some of my favorite crew peeps is Firu, Eris, Naito, Kats and iChakra. Actually, I talk to iChakra irl so yeah.
All I think is some of the crew need to lighten up and actually be crew, friendly people who help others and actually look at things from the other person's point of view.
Same time, Hector is right. Its like the government or to simply make it easier, a teacher. Want us to respect you? Respect us. Want us to trust you? Follow through with what you say.
All in all , thats all it is. Naito your an awesome crew dude, don't sweat it.
