Shinsua The only reason youre being somewhat ignored is because you comment on most everything in a snarky manner. Rather than reiterate a problem, just post what you think should be done. . .

Edit: I progressed the discussion, by further clarifying my viewpoint when he, in essence, ignored it the first time around. I received the exact same response. That's his fault, not mine. You don't answer someone the same way after they express their concerns in full. That in itself is completely and utterly insulting in nature.

I would also like to point out that in my first post as a response to this idea I said we should have a vote on this. That was widely ignored, actually... I think it was entirely ignored.

My opinion and link are in the admin chat for you Shin, though I think this nerfing will lead to a pattern, I will see how bad you change Qastor but if its too low for my liking I will just have him fight Kentan unnerfed and then kill him when our match is over. Cause Qastor in my opinion is weak, if he is so strong then how come whenever he fights in his own rank he loses, if Qastors over powered than all people above Jounin are also over powered and every S rank rpc should be nerfed till its Jounin level. Not trying to be rude but Im just saying, Id rather have him dead than made even weaker than he already is, also in that case we should remove Rinnegan too cause its over powered and could beat me easily.

"Im not being listened to silk doesn't like my opinions blah blah blah your annoying me is exactly what i meant thats why i shrugged you off because it wasnt a ffing definite so shut and jon before moaning as per usual. as a captain i dont usually act out like this but with everything i try and do you moan that i dont like you or something so i gave your more responsibility asked your opinion yet you still moaned so i cant be arsed with you your genuinely annoying me now and i dont want your opinion. Some people will have there RPC's ability nerfed end of
