Soon they came across the train tracks and eventually the area where the accident occurred yesterday. It was blocked by police tape but no one was around. It seemed the incident in Coumarine was more serious. She continued on until they arrived back in the city. The ship, Zekrom, hostage kid and... Dennis his name was? are all gone.

"(Hmm it seems some of the damage is still burning and everything.. I guess they didn't stop after we left... We should split up now and start helping people out. Check out collapsed buildings and put out fires... Also prepare to hear a lot of stories of stolen Pokemon.)" Misery frowns and heads off in a random direction.

Michael nodded and headed towards an area that was on fire, and pulled out a pokeball and threw it. Out popped Squirt, who began pouring water on all the flames. As this happened people were calling out pokemon names, and telling officers about pokemon being stolen. While he watched Squirt he noticed no one even came near him, which he thought was odd.

Caleb checked the houses one by one, his Lairon helping clear debris. He walked through a building with his pokemon. Hearing faint pounding, he carefully made his way to the back of the house. Finding a door that was stuck and hearing cries for help on the other side, Caleb gestured to the door for his Lairon.

"Stand back!" he called. After hearing the muffled footsteps of people moving back from the door, Caleb nodded to his Lairon. The steel type charged through the door, knocking it off its hinges. Once everyone was safely out of the house, Caleb moved on to the next building. As he moved down the street, Caleb couldn't help but hear the shouts and crying of people. Children asking their parents where their pokemon were and so on. Caleb gritted his teeth. He flinched as something landed on his shoulder. His Noibat sat there looking at him curiously.

"Found something?" he asked. She nodded, gesturing to an alleyway with her wing before flying down the dark corridor. Caleb quickly followed after her.

Maddy had been silently following the gang to Coumarine. Once there, she let out Sydonis and they went around to a few of the houses. Some of the flames had burnt out and they met with a few people who were burnt and bruised in places. She couldn't find anyone who was severely injured though, which was good.
Herself and Sydonis started comprising a list of stolen Pokémon they would eventually need to get back. Maddy's heart felt heavy, she felt that she could've stopped this from happening had she been stronger. The least she could do was get back the frightened and stolen Pokémon.
The list they were composing was getting fairly extensive, it seemed that some families had literally been stripped clean of Pokémon. Using Sydonis, Maddy contacted Misery mentally.
"(I'm making a list of stolen Pokémon... There's a lot. Where's Dark? He should be helping.)"
For the most part, Maddy was worried that Dark was angry at her for her decision yesterday.

Michael finished helping the people under the slab and saw a few ratatta heading for the family, a hungry look in their eyes, Squirt saw this and was not taking it. A skull bash later and one purple rat was down. A hyper fang from another missed and a water pulse hit the second rat. Michael walked over and said, "Y'all might want to be careful and is there anythin' else I could do to help?" The people gave him a list of pokemon that were stolen from the family and a few other items.

Caleb came to the end of the alleyway. His Noibat was sitting with a little girl who was crying on the front step of what seemed to be her home. A boy somewhat older than her stood there waiting quietly. He had an anxious look on his face. He seemed a bit relieved when he spotted Caleb and his Lairon.

"Please help Mommy!" the little girl wailed, suddenly squeezing Caleb's Noibat tightly. The Noibat's eyes looked ready to pop our of her skull.

"I'll do what I can...just take it easy with her..." Caleb said slowly. The girl nodded and loosened her death grip on the Noibat.

After asking for assistance, Caleb had the boy lead him inside the house. The entire building was a mess. Caleb wondered if the building was even structurally sound anymore. He wouldn't have asked the boy to help if he could find their mother on his own. The ceiling groaned above them.

"Over here!" the boy called. Under a mess of wood and concrete lay an unconscious woman. Caleb could only hope that she was unconscious at least. He carefully moved in and checked her pulse. Still alive. Probably the best news all day. He looked to his Lairon before letting out his Charmeleon and Marshtomp.

"Help clear everything off this woman..." he directed the three of them. There was a sudden scream from the little girl outside. While his other three pokemon continued digging, Caleb made his way back outside. His Noibat flew over the little girl, hissing at a Mandibuzz that circled above them.

"Razor Wind..." Caleb ordered her, moving towards the little girl. The Noibat flapped her wings furiously before sending blades of wind at the Mandibuzz. The Mandibuzz tucked its wings in before charging in for an attack. "Hurricane!" Caleb urged. A fierce wind picked up, knocking the Mandibuzz back above the buildings. Before it could retaliate, a gust of blue suddenly shot at it from overhead. Caleb breathed a sigh of relief to see that his Vibrava had returned. The Mandibuzz seemed to have enough now that there was a new challenger and headed for the hills.

The sound had attracted more pokemon however. A Raticate and Rattata made their way out of the alleyway.

Caleb's Charmeleon rushed out of the house, with an expression that would make a full grown man probably wet their pants. The rodents were taken aback by this sudden introduction. Caleb was just glad the reptile was on his side. Smoke erupted from the red lizard's mouth, wafting out and covering the surrounding area. Without warning, it rushed forward, opening it's mouth now full of flames and clamping down on the Rattata's tail. It swung the rodent around a few times before throwing it at the Raticate. The Raticate moved out of the way before charging. The Charmeleon anticipated this, slashing at his opponent with his claws. The wounded rats took off after that. Caleb's Vibrava flew after them to make sure they were gone for good.

The boy came out of the house with Caleb's pokemon pulling a makeshift stretcher.

"Mommy!" the little girl whined.

Caleb wiped his brow. "Well that's that...let's go find this woman some medical attention...." he said.

"(.... Well that about does it.)" Misery communicates telepathically and sighs. She was exhausted from constantly 'pinging' the area with her psychic energy. There were already rescue workers around helping so she thought it'd be good for them to split. After all they were on the scene last night as well and it might be suspicious.
"(Okay let's all meet back at Maddy.)" She says before sending one a mental image of where she is in town. She then makes her way to Maddy with a little smile.
