There is a draw back, or rather, there was supposed to be, seems I forgot to put it in.
Unofficial Draw Back:
In order for caster to use said spell, he/she must sacrifice exterior limb and internal organ. Very risk Kido.

Zenos attacked, pwned Linuen, fought some captains. Meanwhile, other Shinigami were going nutso while Ashley was healed. Yokozuki fought Adachi while Senka beat Zenos like he owed her money, then Yokozuki ran off screaming, Adachi called Zenos and Senka to his side, then told her stuff while Zenos listened from afar, then croaked.
And that's where we're at. Simple! mad

Yay! I finally got to post!
Now all the fighting's over though....
By the way, where did all the healers go? Some of us are dying, y'know...
Actually, some of us are dead...
By the way, what are the limits on my kido abilities? Would I be able to do some minor healing spells, since I'm the Kido captain?

For some reason, the 4th Division 4th Seat is healing the captain while the captain heals herself. xd
I don't think you can use healing spells, nor do I think you should be able to. I'm not trying to be mean, I have a reason for saying so.
If non-4th Division members can use healing spells, then there's no point in having a specialist healing division to begin with. It's the same in the real world; if everyone could perform surgery and diagnose themselves, then surgeons, doctors, and nurses would be obsolete; or more to be more precise, would be everyone. Of course, there are those rare individuals you see in movies that aren't licensed medical specialists, but can still perform surgery and diagnose. That, however, is irrelevant. I can see someone from the 12th being able to stitch themselves up crudely, or at least diagnose themselves, but not much more than that.
Doctors are doctors, construction workers are construction workers, and soldiers are soldiers.
