She shook her head, unable to actually help made her feel rather useless in comparison.

Vera's offer was generous for her nature, but she always enjoyed long, enxhausting runs that just left you bare and empty of emotion, one with the wind and the earth.

Fate's secret got out, he only hoped no one heard it. He turned himself away from the direction of Storm but he held a heavy heart. He had ties with her, not as much as Mist. But some that were strong.

Vera sighed and loped back to the lagoon quietly, wings folded neatly on her back but limbs obviously slowing from fatigue. She'd been so anxious tofind Zefal that even this little exhertion left her tired. She'd spent a lot of sleepless nights thinking about where her little brother could be.
"I'm sorry, I wasn't really much of a help..." She glanced over at Fate only to see his crestfallen expression.
{ Good idea, I've got work tomorrow and will be off in the next few minutes too probs... }

Fate sat in the long grass he nipped at it sad, he knew it was his fault. He should have just walked away before Mist had pups...

Caesar had seen the whole thing from the trees and felt horrible for Fate and Storm. He quickly jumped down and ran after Storm. He wanted to know if she was ok. He knew how it felt when everything goes wrong. "Storm wait up! I know how you feel!" He sprinted as fast as he could trying to catch up.
Mist had heard the conversation and now she felt she had ruined Storms life. She looked at the lagoon then her stomach. She stood and went to Fate,"Fate? If you really want you can be with Storm. I understand if you want to be with her. You don't have to be with me only because I'm going to have pups," she felt like her heart was breaking but she didn't want to ruin fates and storms life. She kept her blue and brown eye down and wouldn't look him in the eye as she spoke.

Storm stopped. She looked back at Caesar and raced towards him. Her head buried in her fur. "I let him go. I am so stupid!" She cried, needed comfort.

Caesar licked the top of her head comfortingly,"It's alright. It hurts now but later the pain wob't hurt as much." He murmured trying to comfort her the best he could. He felt bad for her and wanted to help her feel better.

She needed someone to be with her, to help her get through this. "Thank you." She whispered under her breath, sitting down. Still close to Caesar. "Will he ever forgive me?" She asked.
