Walking back over towards her friend, the confused hamster stared at her canine friend as she attempted to figure out what had happened. Tilting her head to the side, she watched as her canine friend as she squirmed and wiggled about--attempting to free herself from sticky situation that she...er..Margy has put her in.
"...that wasn't supposed to happen..." Margy said a second later as she continued to stare at her friend, trying to figure out what she was supposed to do.
"Margy can't leave Stephanie-chan like this...be mean." she stated with a nod, before grabbing onto Stephanie's arms and beginning to pull on them, trying to dislodge Stephanie from the place that she had become wedged in.
"..Margy get Stephanie out!" she said, as she continued to pull at her friend, hoping that she wasn't hurting her in the process.

"Ow, ow, ow, ok, ow!" Stephanie said, wiggling around panicedly. "Ok stopstopstopstop. My arm's behind my back that's not gonna work. Uh, try pulling on my feet. I'll pull 'em toward the side and you can grab em." With a slight thumping noise Stephanie lifted her legs and pushed them back toward the side of the couch until they touched the floor, which after giving more room, caused her to fall to the floor inbetween the wall.

"Ow. Ok this is....uh..." She looked up and back. "Better, but I'm still stuck. Ok ready?" Stephanie asked, referring to her feet.

Soul blinked at the spectacle before him. Between the two of them, Stephenie had ended up lodged between the couch and the wall, Margy was yanking on her feet, and above all, they were making a lot of disruptive noise. Raising a finger to his lips, he belt out a loud but commanding "SHH!". Stopping the girls dead, he walked over to the couch.

Raising a finger to Margy in a 'Watch me' fashion, he reached a hand a round the couch and moved it. Stephenie was released from her prison and slumped to the ground, and he just looked a little peeved and unimpressed. Turning to Margy, he asked her quite cleanly, "Margy, it's really early, can you please be quiet? I'm going to get yelled at by the building's super and I'm in hot water already due to bills." He helped Stephenie up quickly and sighed. "I know you two are excitable and all, but it's really early." He whispered, his voice never leaving a certain harshness, like a parent. "I don't know what you guys were up to, but please calm down. I don't want to get kicked out my apartment here." He explained. He picked up the side of the couch he moved and slid it back against the wall, moreso this time so no one could ever again be stuck against it and the wall.

Stephanie's ears perked when she heard Soul's very distictive shush. A small groan came out of her throat as her ears drooped in embaracment. When she hit the floor she couldn't help but make a small "oof," but covered her mouth to stifle it. Her expression was appologetic and guilt ridden, though she didn't have much time to dwell as he lifted her up and made his command to be silent clear. The pup made no response, but looked at the floor and gave a small nod.

Without another sound Stephanie walked over to the bed, adjusted the pillow, grabbed the sheet and quietly got back into bed, faceing herself toward the wall to avoid further showing her utter self-annoyence right now. "Stupid! You steal his bed, mess up his blanket, and then this! Jeez....Now he may even get kicked out cuz of you!"

"Sorry Soul..." She whispered, giving a sniff, putting her face more into her face to avoid anyone seeing her starting to tear up.

Watching as Stephanie walked out of the room, Margy gave a bit of a frown as she slowly realized that she had done something bad and in turn, she ended up hurting her friend--even if it wasn't intentional and Stephanie probably would tell her that she hadn't. Margy knew that she had.
"Margy fix!" Margy said with a bit of a squeal, making sure not to get to loud this time. "Now what should Margy do..?" she asked curiously as she sat down on the couch and began to stare at her feet.
"Ah-ha! Margy Plan 102--Make Stephanie-chan feel better!" she said to herself as she stared at her feet for a bit longer, before taking off her shoes--revealing the white socks that were on underneath.
Bah Socks! she thought to herself as she removed them from her hamster feet, stuffing one of them in her shoes a second later and sliding the other one only her hand.
"Part one of a plan complete!" she said, before beginning to wander about Soul's apartment looking for something. The seemingly lost hamster circled the apartment three times until she finally found what she was looking for--a marker.
Sitting down the floor a second later, she began to draw on the sock, creating a rather funny looking face.
"Shu bi dooo." margy said in a funny voice, before grinning and running off towards the bed room.
Now...how to surprise? she thought to herself, before suddenly diving beneath Stephanie's bed--being a hamster had it's advantages.
Squirming about beneath the bed, she wiggled forward until she saw Stephanie's feet and gave a grin.
"Found you--shuu bi doo!" Margy said in a funny voice, as she put the newly made sock puppet out from beneath the bed. The face on the puppet looked a bit like a silly looking bunny. She had even made it look like it had long ears.
"Shuu bi doo...what bothering you?" Margy squeaked out, as she moved her hand up and down--making the sock talk, while she remained hidden beneath the bed.

Stephanie had curled herself up, only giving a sniff to try and keep the tears at bay. When she heard Margy's decleration to try and make Stephanie feel better she began to smile, though not ready to show her face as of yet. It wasn't until she heard a funny voice ask her what was wrong that the pup turned over with a smile, wiping her face.

"Aww....nothing's bothering me. I'm just.....a little frustrated with myself, that's all." A smile came on her face as she positioned herself more comfortable on her shoulder to sit herself up. "Stephanie-chan just feels bad that she wasn't being appreciative to Soul's hospitality, and making things a little....complicated. She dosen't want him to get in trouble because of her......That's what's bothering me..." Her eyes wandered downward for a moment to avoid eye contact with Soul and even the silly puppet, but then her face brightened up again. "But it's ok now. We just have to be quiet ok?"

"Shuu bi doo." Margy made the weird sound again as she stayed beneath the bed. Trying her best not to reveal the fact that she was under there and it wasn't a talking puppet. Thought most likely, Stephanie had already figured out it was her anyway.
"Shuu bi doo--I shall be quieter too." Margy made the puppet say as it stared up at Stephanie curiously for a bit. "No look glum and sad you see--you can talk with puppet me!"
Margy couldn't help but let out a bit of a giggle afterward as she realized that she had been rhyming the whole time.
Laying there for a bit longer, Margy stared in the direction that she had came from and towards her shoes.
"Shuu bi doo! I be right back to play with you." she said, as she pulled the sock back from under the back and began to back herself from beneath the blanket.
Two puppets are always better then one! she thought to herself as she ran over towards her shoes and grabbed her other sock, before crawling beneath the bed once again--wiggling towards the side that Stephanie was on.
If Soul was to past the room, all he'd see was margy's other end under the bed with her bare hamster feet sticking out from beneath it.
Under the bed, she began to doodle on the other sock once again drawing another face. This time, it looked more like a doggy.

Stephanie gave a small, warm chuckle as she watched Margy fiddle with her puppets, ryming happily. It was so cute to see her creative side and, despite the fact that she didn't really act like she was older, the fact that she knew just what to do was showing how mature she actually was. Though the little hamster probably didn't want to show it.

As the little face dissapeared under the bed, the pup layed on her stomache and rested her head on her hands in true dog fashion. Her eyes seemed to scan Soul's face for a moment, to which she gave a warm yet aplologetic smile as if to say, "Sorry for overreacting." After a few moments she looked back down toward the edge of the bed and leaned forward slightly, wondering where her little puppet friend went off to.

Almost done....dere! Margy thought to herself as she finished off the doggy sock puppet, before beginning to move her other hand up and down, making sure that it looked right when it talked.
"Shuu bi doo!" she said to herself from beneath the bed. "Now there are two!"
Just as Stephanie began to lean over, she slid the first sock puppet out in front of her face.
"Shuu bi doo! Someones trying to take a peek or two." Margy made the puppet said. "Take a peek at the surprise for you."
A second later, she stuck out the second puppet.
"Shuu bi dee! That surprise is me!" Margy made the new sock puppet say, as it stared up at her. "Shuu be dee--what your name--wait let me guess, let me see... is it Stephanie?"
Margy seemed to be have much fun with what she was doing at the point--as silly and childish as it seemed.

Stephanie was all smiles she watched the sock puppets go back and forth, talking to her and eachother. Her tail was wagging happily as she listened to the rymes, they were very good. Suddenly she felt a haze come over her and found herself giving a long drawn out strech as she yawned . Her tiredness had finally started to get to her. The puppie's eyelids became heavy and, though she tried to fight it, she had gently rested her head back onto her hands and nestled into the bed, and was starting to fade. After a few moments of struggeling, she finally gave up and fell asleep.

Soul was leaning against the doorway to the apartment, watching Margy consul Stephenie. He sighed inwardly. He didn't wish to be so stern with both of them, but he was in no position with the apartment staff to make anyone in the complex unhappy. His job was more then horrible, he had signed on as a dock worker after finally being laid off just two days ago. The job had been demanding, but the pay was fine. He hoped today his last paycheck would come and he could pay the bills. After that... Well, he wasn't sure.

After Stephenie's eyes began to droop, he repositioned himself off the wall. She seemed quite at ease with her new body, and he made the mental note she acted much like a puppy as well. He wasn't sure if that was a side effect to being a canis.

Margy seemed to be having more fun with the puppets then Stephenie, was however. Something itched at the back of Soul's brain about it. The girl was a hyperactive hamster, but she seemed to know the gist of what was going on. When she asked for things to be repeated and the like, he realized it was just to solidify the details so she can react more accurately. Walking over, he noticed Stephenie had fallen into a deep sleep. Kneeling down, he poked Margy. Whispering softly in a low tone, he said, "Come on Margy, Stephenie's fallen asleep. Time for you to as well." He explained. Technically, the girl was older then him, but if push came to shove, he could play the his house his rules card. He seriously doubted he'd have to, though. Besides, he realized the girls had been treating him more like the older sibling then a peer, so they generally listened to what he had to say. "A welcome change..." He muttered to himself, just under Margy's hearing.

Standing up, the hedgehog walked over to his kitchen counter which made a type of island, separating the kitchen from the rest of the one-room apartment. Grabbing an extra blanket nearby, he tossed it to the emerging Margy. Pointing at Stephenie, he motioned for Margy to place it on the sleeping dog. Grabbing the last sheet from the basket at the foot of the counter, he literally threw it on top. Climbing off a chair, he laid on the hard surface. He had thought of doing this when he was outside in the rain. Sure as hell beat the floor. "G'night, Margy." The hedgehog said, leaning unto his back. His quills made an adequate pillow for his head, and his hands nestled deep within them. He thought about taking off his, but he was too lazy.

Margy swung her head up quickly as she felt Soul poke her in order to get her attention. However, it wasn't until after had swung her head up that she realized something...she was still under the bed. Thus, the moment that Margy swung her head up--her head collided with one of the wooden planks that made up the beds frame.
Margy completely froze as she hit her head. Laying on the belly silently, the hyperactive hamster placed her hands on top of her head as she laid there silently, as if struggling not to scream out in pain. Moving her hands down, she held one hand over her mouth as she slowly pushed her way from beneath the bed, before rubbing it once she was free from it.
"...owiiieeee." she whined out softly. "That bed is a meanie--it hurt margy's head.." she pouted a bit, seeming to blame the bed for hurting her head--and not Soul, even though he was the one who poked her in the first place.
Pulling the socks from her hand a second later, she walked over and stuffed the socks into her shoes.
"Oop!" she said a second later, "The blanket!!"
Spinning around quickly, she dashes back into the room where Stephanie was and picked up the blanket that Soul had motioned to and covering Stephanie with it like he had told her to.
"Hooray! Margy remember!" she said happily, before covering her mouth to make sure that Stephanie didn't hear her. The way she acted would probably remind someone of a little kid who was trying to sneak downstairs and out of bed without getting caught by their parents. Slowly creeping down the stairs, treading carefully and freezing every time the stairs even made a slight creaking sound.
"Night Soul-kun." Margy said, as she crawled onto the couch and laid down to go to sleep... only to find out that she couldn't. Sitting up on the couch, she slowly stared about the room for a bit, before letting out a bit of a sigh.
Soul-kun's house is nice... it's dry and safe and warm... she thought to herself as she stared. But..but..it isn't home...
The childish hamster looked around the room silently and gave a bit of a pout as she stared. Listening to the lack of sound that could be heard--not including the tapping sound that was made as rain pelted against the window panes.
"...it so quiet it here.." she said softly as she sat there a bit longer. "...Tiger, Toulouse, Maui, Pikachu, Einstein, Akamarua...Liz... Ginko.." she mumbled out as she stared for a bit longer. "...even the annoying tootsie and Tsubasa...I wonder how their doing and even if they miss Margy." she mumbled gently, making sure that her voice could only be heard by one person--herself.
"...They not here... which makes it to quiet and makes Margy miss them..." she mumbled once more. Before staring down at the bed.
"....Margy's special Fudgey isn't with her either--who gonna protect her from the evil monsters that come to live in her dreams at night...or hide beneath the couch..."
Letting out a bit of a whine, Margy sat there for a bit longer, before crawling off of the couch and wandering into the the kitchen where Soul was resting on the island.
"...Soul-kun...." she said softly. "Soul-kun... Soul-kun...Soul-kun!!" she began to poke at him, her pokes getting harder with each one.
"Soul-kuuuuunnn!" she lulled out his name, before giving the reason for her coming in there in the first place.
"...Soul-kun have stuff animal margy can sleep with...margy lonely and miss Fudgey.." she said in a very childish way a she stared towards the redish-brown hedgehog that rested on the island.

(whoo.... >.> yeah...)

((Margy-chaaaan, Soul's house is ONE room apartment. Emfacis on ONE XD ))

Stephanie's ears had perked up when she heard Margy calling, almost as if she had become her adpotive sister, wondering what was going on. Though half asleep with an eye refusing to open, she tried her best to maker her mouth work correctly as she pulled herself to the other side of the bed.

"Margy neechan, you wanna use this?" She pulled off her plushie cat-eared hat and lifted it up. "It may not be as fluffy as your Fudgie, but you can roll it up like this see?" Taking the folds of the hat and tucking them inward, the hat turned into what could be mistaken as the head of a cat with ubseenly large ears. "I've used it before when I left my huggie-pillow at home when my family went on trips." She bouned it in the palm of paw, seeing if it tempted Margy enough to take it.

(oops. I guess I got confused ><)

Margy let out a bit of a squeak when she realized that she had woken up Stephanie. Staring at the canine for a bit, she silently, but quickly, scurried into the room and began to stare at the hat that Stephanie was bouncing up and down in her hand.
Reaching up curious paw, she began to poke at the hat--as trying to see how soft it was. Looking like a curious little kid, Margy continued to poke at the hat, before finally taking it.
"Thankies Stephanie-chan." she said. "Margy sorry she woke Stephanie." she grinned and ran back towards the couch, before quickly crawling up onto it. Holding the plushie hat tightly with one arm, the hyperactive hamster snuggled into the couch and slowly fell asleep.
Dis probably better...Lt. Fudge would get jealous otherwise... Margy thought to herself, as she slowly drifted off to sleep.
