Fyre's eyes turned green. "What's wrong?" She looked down at her toes and tried to move them but couldn't manage to. "What's wrong with my body? I can't move." She started to panic and the tears made their way out of her eyes and down her cheeks.

He couldnt take anymore of what was going on around him. Ash's body started to shut down, his vision turned white, his muscles no longer responded, his lungs emptied of air and would not refill, his heart beat increased rapidly and threatened to cause his heart to explode. The pain was immense, but he could not scream, could give no sign of the greatest physical pain he had ever known.

"Ash? ASH?!" Fyre couldn't move to comfort him so she just laid there, her eyes staring into the whites of his. "Please get up!" She wanted to help him so badly, but couldn't feel anything of her body other than her face.

Slowly, his vision came back, and he could breath again.
"Sorry hun, are you ok?"
The rest of his body would still not respond and was shooting with pain, but his heart beat had finally stopped increasing.

"I'm not sure... I can't move..." She looked at him with worry and tried as hard as she could to lift her arm, but couldn't. "What's wrong with me?!"

Ash managed to sit up as the pain lessened and control of his muscles returned.

He turned off his oni's healing abilities and fell back into the state he had been before.
