I would have to say my favorite would be the horns of the demon because I've always wanted horns for my avi, and if I got them I would probably change my avi's look.

 The one item I want most on Gaia is most definitely a Nightmare Scarf. My reason behind it is probably kinda silly/selfish, but I want it because it was the first donation item I ever got. I sold my original one for 15k way back in 04 so that I could get the last bit of gold I needed for my AFK hat. ^^;
Now I just want to save up enough so that I can buy another one.

I've already got the item(s) I wanted most. (Winged anklets, then horns)
So I guess the item I want most now (But I'll never get and never even try to get. xD) Is the Devil Tail.
Such a freaking simple item is so awesome and yet so impossible to get. xD
I'm happy just looking at other people owning it now. xD Because it really isn't very different owning one yourself. :B
